Best place!
Best place! I took my dog Luck there and they did a great job on the grooming! He came out smelling great! Receptionist was super nice! People there are friendly and really care about animals and what they do. Two thumbs up!

WORST PLACE EVER.
WORST PLACE EVER. MY DOG CAME ALL BRUISED FROM THERE TODAY. DUE TO "KNOT" THEY SAID AND CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR TREATING MY DOG LIKE CRAP. THE OTHER DOG WONT OPEN HER EYE. SOMETHING FELL IN HER EYE EITHR SHAMPOO OR PERFUME OR SOMETHING. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET DO NOT TAKE THEM THERE

Please keep in mind that you brought your dog in with an excessive amount of knots. As an owner of a schnauzer and any long haired breed, you have the responsability of combing your dog's hair at least twice a week to prevent painful knotting and allergic reactions; your dog's grooming should start at home. Demmatting is not only painfull to the dog, but there is always a possibility that you may cause an skin reaction. .

worst place ever. they charge way too much and extras i have 2 schnauzers. took them there today got charged extra because one of my dogs had ""knots"" looked at her, and she is completely bruised. the other dog, either shampoo or perfume os something fell in her eyes, and she cant open it. i've washed it already, and put drops.. still super red. DONT EVER TAKE YOUR DOGS THERE!

I love this place. I have 2 South African Boerboels, which are large breed dogs, and the last thing I wanted was to have them caged up. Well, The Pet Spa provided a little ""Suite"" where my guys could stay together, since they're used to always being with one another. They had daily play time, and were treated wonderfully. The few times I've had to board one or both away from home, the main thing I look for when I pick them up is their attitude. Are they lethargic, moping around, or are they acting happy and spontaneous, which means, more than likely, that they've enjoyed themselves. When I picked them up from Pet Spa, they were having such a good time, whey kept running back inside. They loved the facility, and the staff treated them like royalty. In this world I've learned that you get what you pay for. It definitely is not cheap, but I checked it out thoroughly before I took my guys there, since I'm retired now, and have a fixed income. The services, and individual treatment were easily worth the extra money it cost me. I feel guilty when I have to leave my dogs at the vet, or board them out if I have to go out of town. When they stay at ""The Pet Spa"", there is no guilt, because I know they're being well taken care of. (Well, very little guilt anyway!) It's a great place, and they love dogs there, so it's not just a job for them.

Petspa is the best place for my dog
My dog "Jimmy" just love to go there. They are excellent with him and the hair cut is always well done.
