Terrible customer service.
Terrible customer service.... I went there because of my insurance. The first thing they told me that the deep cleaning was not covered by my insurance, I brought my policy with me then she lower the price a bit without being nice of course about it! then a few days later I left a message for the dentist to call me, they never called me back...they are going to loose a lot of business with that horrible staff they have there!!!

This Dental Office was under my plan. They were very nice and the service was good once you pass the front desk lady who has an attitude and talks down on you as if everyone is stupid. Everything that was done on my mouth was not covered by the insurance . I contacted the office manager for an explanation and she never got back. Took my discontent to my insurance company only to find out that the office had not submitted any claims and that I had over pay $1100,

Scam Artists
Finally got to the dentist after getting insurance set up. I've never had more than 1 or 2 cavities at any visit. I was told I had 10 cavities (?!?!?!) and I would have to pay over $1200 to get them filled (even with insurance!!).
Decided to get a second opinion and found out that a spouse of a colleague, who is very trusted and has been in business MANY years, is a dentist. Miraculously, I only had 2 (small/incipient) cavities!!
Hmmmm...I wonder what happened to the other 8 cavities?
