THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A ""BANK"". TO BEGIN, THIS IS NOT A REAL BANK: THEY DO NOT RESPECT NOR VALUE YOU AS A CUSTOMER. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS USELESS. THE MANAGERS AND SUPERVISORS ARE NOT ANY BETTER. THE ONLY THING THAT THEY DO WELL IS COLLECT AS MANY FEES AS POSSIBLE. EVEN WHEN IT IS THEIR MISTAKE THEY STILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOUR CREDIT. RUN AWAY BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.

Customer service is much worse than most large corp. banks. Imagine all of the horrible government establishment stereotypes rolled into one place. Worst of all, you're trusting them with your hard earned money. Emailing support is pointless, CS calls go unresolved, walk-in to speak to manager is futile and CS rep is not authorized to do more than check your balance or take more of your money. Everyone that works at this place has a different answers for what their ""policy"" is on any particular topic and are never held accountable for wasting your time and costing you money. Even tried to obtain two auto loans (for myself and wife) a few years back and their auto desk never called me back after I called three times with my details and clearly stated I was ready to buy. Went to BOFA and got loans for two cars within 24 hours. Then, the very reason I join this CU was for the 6.15% return on up to $25K was consistently dropped to a measly 2% without any explanation or advance warning. I'm DONE with this place! Many other places to trust with your money and that actually held accountable for their work. Save yourself a LOT of aggravation and bank elsewhere!
