I hope the owner sees this. I have no way of calling or I would be calling. I just had my tires rotated and got home (35 miles) and when my husband came out to look at them, the bolt had been broken off and they didn't put the hub cap back on it. They usually do pretty good work, but they didn't even mention this. I got a hold of them and they corrected the problem. Thank you. They corrected the problem. I think some of them just rush too much. And I realize if they slowed any, there would be complaints. This is the first problem I have had over the years of using them.

I will never go here again. They used to be good but the last two times after waiting for over a hour to have my vehicle serviced, even tho I had an appt, they told me there was something major wrong with my vehicle that was a dangerous and needed to be fixed immediately. Both times I took it elsewhere (much longer drive for me) and both times other garages said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle.

I was treated very good on all work and tires had all new brake calipers rotors rear seal and tires 6 plys and 10 plys 2 vehicles
