I planned a trip with First Priority over 4 years ago and I have not left and I have no plans of leaving. The staff at FIrst Priority are very professional and friendly. I booked First Priority bus service for my family reunion. We planned a Washington, DC bus tour with scheduled stops for planned tours along the way. Booking online was easy . I received a quick response whenever I had additional questions. I forgot to request a handicap bus ahead of time, but they went out of their was to get one for me the day of the tour. They were outstanding. Not only did we arrive at every destination, on time, but we had a highly knowledgable driver who provided us facts about DC and the buildings that, as a resident, I had never heard. Everyone enjoyed the tour and the driver. The bus was clean and comfortable. It was better than I expected. As long as First Priority exist, I will never choose another company.
