These people only care about the easiest way to skip thru the day. They have no concern about you nor your health. Don't expect a call from them nor any information from them to be true. They will tell you they have talked to your insurance when they have not. They will then tell you they are waiting from forms from your doctor when none should be needed. Anything to pass the buck down the road. Shameful that these types of people are even allowed anywhere in the care of others.
