We chose Jim as our photograph...

We chose Jim as our photographer for our wedding a couple of weeks ago (9/10/11) as he is the preffered vendor for the venue we booked. As most couples do, we explored our options with other photographers in the area. Jim was amazing!!! We had a destination wedding June 16, 2011 and we flew him out of the country to our destination where he took some of the most amazing pictures! We actually discovered Jim through the Oak Wind Manor because he took our engagement pictures there. For our recent wedding (August 26th, 2011), we hired jim to capture the special moments during both the ceremony and reception.Jim arrived on time as agreed and was very professional and polite. Jim was great to work with and very responsive to emails. I was on a budget for our July 15, 2011 wedding and he was able to work with all my requests. We were very disappointed in t...

We were very disappointed in the service & quality by Jim Richard. He was suggested by our wedding venue and we ended up receiving better pictures from a family member than from Jim. He took longer than promised to get the images cds to us then when we received them they weren't even edited as promised. Also, he did not take group pictures of people at the wedding and had a rough attitude. :(

My name is Jim Richard and I am the owner of this business. I have to say I'm shocked by this review. I have no idea who this person is as I have received no such complaints from any of my clients. I can only assume that it was written by a competitor since the author failed to include a wedding date or name. I will gladly give any prospective clients of mine a list of many happy and satisfied "actual" clients.
