Only two positive aspect of this place is that they are friendly and that they are fast but other than that this auto repair shop is a big rip off. They charge more for parts than the dealership and just as much for labor! It is better if you take your car to the dealership because it will be more cheaper.



I should of went to the dealership instead but I thought I give these guys a try because I would think any place would be cheaper than the dealership. I was wrong after I got my car back and checked what they did for my car with the dealership, the dealership was a few hundred bucks cheaper than this place! In addition they managed to crack my front windshield and they admitted the crack was not there when I brought the car. Tech guy said it might of been the temperature and the owner was like, "Its a stress crack caused by my suspension and going through bumpy roads." Owner offered me a DISCOUNT for replacing my windshield at his cost for $250. I called other places and I got $190 for OEM windshield, the highest price I got was $230. What kind of discount is that?! Maybe give me half off or something? I am a reasonable person not expect for them to pay my entire windshield.



In addition, it is a stressed crack caused by them because the windshield was only a year old and I have had my suspension for 4 years now; also I talked to the dealership and a few other auto repair place and they said that stress cracks is very unlikely and that windshields are made to withstand stress or else you will have thousands of people with that problem instead of rocks cracking the windshield.



This place overcharges, (Even on tires!) Everywhere is cheaper than this place, don't be fooled by their honesty and fairness sign that they have in the front of the store. Just avoid this place. For the review that say this place is a rip, I second that and they are the only one named Diamond Bar Auto and Tire Center, except their sign say D Auto Center.



Maybe I am just unlucky but I would not recommend my friends here to get their car worked on.
