We use Price Auto for all of our used parts. We have always received the right working part and always received fantastic customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

They took my money for a transmission for a 1994 Pontiac Trans Sport, $300.00, and after 4 attempts to get the correct transmission with the correct gear ratio 3.06 to 1, they told me I was being unreasonable. The front man, Faz smiled and acted all helpful, and after promising me to pull a proper transmission from the correct vehicle for me, refused to even speak with me. He smiles and lies convincingly. He claimed to know everything there was to know about the 4t60-e transmission, and refused to accept the fact that the wrong transmissions he kept giving me would not go, or stay in over-drive due to improper gear ratio/reluctor tooth count. His final solution was to leave me with an unrepairable transmission with a cracked casing, and to keep my $300.00. I filed a complaint with the BBB, hoping that might motivate him to do the right thing and give me the part I paid for, but his response to them, another bold lie, stated that I was unhappy with the cleanliness of the transmissions he stuck me with. They were certainly clean with new filters when he received each of them back, that's for sure. I can't say enough bad about the experience I had with Price Used Cars & Parts. My final solution was to spend another $300.00 in parts to rebuild my original transmission. If he's smiling while he's talking to you look out. It means he's got your money and doesn't care if he holds up his end of the deal. He could care less.

I have been a customer of Price for 6 years. They are very helpful and will even check online for parts that you need. I have always gotten good parts at great prices from them.

This business has been very helpful to me. I run an auto repair shop and often this business has parts I cannot get from anywhere else. They have been courteous and helpful. I am uncertain where all the negative reviews are from, but, I suspect it is customers that don t understand how to properly repair a car.

They have quality used parts and are always willing to go the extra mile. The store manager is especially helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied.

This company is ridiculous. I caution EVERYBODY to think twice about spending their money with these folks. They don't care about you, only your money. Please. Please stay away from them, I am telling you. They are HORRIBLE, if not the most HORRIBLE.... RUN!

Great service! I needed an engine and bought it from them for $200.00 less than anyone else around.Not only did I get a good price on the engine but they also installed it for me for 1/2 the cost that my own mechanic was going to charge me.It has been over a year ago and my car runs GREAT!!! Thanks Price !! I highly recommend Price Used Auto Parts to everyone l especially women like me who usually get charge alot more when it comes to cars.They treated me great and if I ever need anything for my car I will only call them!!

Ordered a part from them. They ran my card right away but didn't ship the part. After bugging them for over a month they finally shipped the WRONG part. They promised a refund. It never came even after calling them and emailing them numerous times. They are obviously just out to SCAM whoever they can. AVOID at all costs.
