Metropolitan Cab Co
What a horrible experience. I waited for almost two hours for a cab. Not only that but their customer service is deplorable. A bsolutely no sense of care for the fact that I was in 20 degree weather at 2:00 in the morning. They kept telling me my cab was on the way but then they would call me back asking for the adress. After the 5th phone call the dispatcher or operator started laughing at me because I was fumblbing my words in the freezing cold. I ended up calling Loraines. No trouble at all!
if I could not check a star to give this rating I would. they deserve no stars at all Cab driver 899 black guy very rude pulled up smoking a cigerrette got upset when I asked my daughter if the inside was smoky or not. told me what? all I had to do was ask him to put the cigerrette out. I told him I didn't know if it was him that was smoking I thought it could have came from a prior customer. he like anyway where you trying to go I told him I was waiting for my childrens school bus he pulled up like he wanted us to get out I asked could he park by the rest of the cars that were also waiting, he replied WHAT, he like is this a round trip I said yes he said what time this bus pose to come I said in 2 mins. A call came over his radio and and he said his number I guess to get that run but we were still in the cab. This dude put me and my two little daughters out the cab in the dark at 6:40 am and in the rain. I called the cab company to report the problem and the dispatcher replied to me for what. I explained she took my information and no supervisor has called me back. they suck
