no regard

I'm concerned that travelers going north to Grand Rapid ,Mich were not informed before arriving in Detroit Mich that they would not be allowed to travel to their destination for 12 hours-after already traveling 9 hours-It was no fault of theirs' that some of the buses were delayed-the bus that left Detroit shortly after 5pm could have been held up to wait for these travelers who had committments as well-the bus driver could and should have told them that they would be staying over in the bus station- not every one that rides the bus is healthy-and no one should be expected to sit in a chair for 12 hours- these passengers should have been taken care of better-NO REGARD WAS TAKEN ON THEIR BEHALF-My niece is opne of those passengers and I am very upset with this situation it is after midnight -and the phone is not being answered at the terminal -and I don't know whether she is safe or not- I won't rest until I know if she is ok-this type of thing should not happen to any one -I will be calling someone at Greyhound Corprate this morning I am unhappy about this and they are going to know it -I know greyhound can't control the weather,but they are large enough to have fail safes in case this type of thing happens--
