if you have a dog you can not bring it…

if you have a dog you can not bring it with you to greek town in the parking lot ! my dog and i go to a lot of outher casinos that do not care if you leave your dog in the car . it was winter time so it was not hot.. iin face ive seen casinos have little bags you can pick up your dogs poop and throw it away. i got treated like a criminal today trying to have a good time they kicked right out of the structure, i deal with a lot of people at work, and ill tell you i would be fired on the spot if i was treated people like they doo ! talk about talking down to somebody,.. and this is a new rule, started this month i guess after haveing some one scream at to me when i asked . outher then that greek town casino does attract a lot of riffraff off the street beggers bozoes people sleeping in the chairs . chicken bones in ash trays and its smokey,convient parking only reason i used to go thare,

Clean and Elegant

My experience was a very positive one. The hotel is beauftiful and very modern. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved the 1 cup coffee maker and minibar. The room had a great flat screen TV, and everything was top notch, from the liquor to the soap. I had no problems with the staff the few questions I had they answered for me, I didn't have much contact or need for them after check-in though.

I would never stay here again

Hello, this is for anyone thinking of staying at this hotel. Well first off the rooms are very classy and beautiful! Very very nice:) Now a far as the customer service is was HORRIBLE VERY VERY, BAD! My husband and i was moved 3 times into different rooms. 1) OUR ROOM WAS DIRTY 2) WE RESERVED A SMOKING ROOM AND WAS MOVED TO A NON-SMOKING FLOOR 3) THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE HOT WATER ,AND WE WANTED A SMOKING ROOM. Now once we was settled in our room after all the problems with our reservation ( BED AND BREAKFEST PACKAGE) moving rooms 3 time because of the hotel mistakes. We never got a comp, for any problems we had inccured in the FIRST HOUR after we had arrived. The mangers are rude and customer service is truly the worst i've ever hd incounter! WE WILL NEVER STAY EVER EVER AGAIN! Just rememeber that " PEOPLE DONT CARE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW UNTILL THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE" Our problem could of been fix with ease, if they had tried they made us feel very unwelcome

Low Payouts

I hardly ever see anyone winning at this casino. I like th fact that you can use your comps at various restaurants instead of one or two like the other casinos. Sometimes the bill handler machines are not functioning well...but Good Luck!

Greektown Rules!

I have never been to Vegas and do not care to because I am not into the ""Shows"" and I would rather spend my money here in Greektown. The Casino is located very close(walking distance) to great eateries and entertainment other than gambling. I like the Casino layout much better too. Oh yeh....and I can walk out of the casino without passing the Roulette Table. LOL I have been to all casino's in the Detroit area and also Niagra. Greektown Rules. Ummmm? I think I will go now.
