After repairing your fence, as a warranty issue, at no charge, it has become apparent that you are having a vandalism problem. We can't continue to repair your fence at no charge. This is not a product and workmanship problem. Possibly contact your insurance company. We are sorry about the problems you are having with malicious people, in your area.
I called today and found her to be extremely Pleasant and understanding. =)
This company was a pleasure to do business with from start to finish. The sales rep arrived for our appointment on time and offered me less expensive options that other companies did not. I chose this company because they do not use subcontracted labor like some of the other companies that I obtained bids from. They promptly obtained the building permit, called miss dig, and scheduled the installation. I was initially concerned that some of my flowerbeds would be damaged during the installation; however, the installers were careful and cleaned up well. I would highly recommend GREAT LAKES FENCE COMPANY. No wonder they have been in business for 72 years. Thanks again for the great job!
The receptionist seemed abrupt and dismissive, not willing to answer questions. It seems to me that they more interested in bigger job/projetcs.

I'm not sure about the events that happened on this particular day. However, Great Lakes Fence is happy to bid on or help anyone with a do-it yourself project regardless of the size of the job or type of material. We're proud of the customer service that we offer. Our customer service and quality installation are what set us apart from our competitors. Great Lakes Fence has been owned and operated by the Luyet family in the same location in Detroit, serving southeastern Michigan since 1937. I sincerely apologize, for the negative experience that you described. Hopefully, you'll allow us the opportunity to assist you with your fencing & access control needs in the future.
