        Overall

        Do not take your love ones to this place!! It does not deserve a star! Strong urine smell, patient had black bugs in his shoes & socks!! Some of the staff have attitudes when asked to speak to administrative personnel. My mother room looks like a jail cell. Been waiting 7 days to get her transferred, management dropped the ball on that, passing the buck, but trying to get that payment from the insurance company .please don't not take your love ones there!!

        Avoid At All Cost

        Two years ago this facility was rated 4star. During the last year several horrible nursing homes were forced 2 close and Resulting in fairlane doubling its patient population without sufficient staff. Patients are not kept clean. Demented patients are not adequately fed. Nurses do not keep accurate medication records. My relative died due to an overdose
