The workers are professional, and have positive attitudes. They are fair and everyone has an equal chance of passing, regardless of which examiner is chosen (Milton or Mario). My examiner's name was Mario and he was encouraging, patient and thorough. He gave clear directions for every exercise. My advice to future road test takers- read the "Drivers Road Test Study Guide". Which is available in print/download at the Michigan's Secretary of State Office or Website. Make sure you know what to do at a railroad crossing and how to answer the question, "what would you do if a car is coming towards you head on". Yes, you will have to reverse into a parking spot and do parallel parking- be careful not to hit the cones. :)

Me Myself, Am Big On Customer Service.. And Hallstarz in my experience was the Best and Professional.. My examiners Name Was Milton.. He was Very Helpful, Gave Great Pointers and Tips Before We even Started and Made me Comfortable enough to ask Questions.. I will Recommend Anyone To Here. And if for some reason You don't want to choose HallStarz just do yourself a favor and READ THE REVIEWS OF THE DRIVER TESTING FACILITIES AND THEIR EMPLOYEES.. It would've have took me my third try to pass if I Had done so myself. Test Taken on 1/20/15 4pm
I have nothing but good things to say about A&M Driver Testing. They were very polite, lenient and professional during my road test. They were very clear in their instructions and even gave pointers. I know the area isnt the greatest but you wont find a better driving test place anywhere else. Trust me, I tried setting up an appointment with Johnnys Road Test and they were extremely rude and unprofessonal, especially the owner. I would suggest A&M Driver Testing to anyone who is looking for an good and easy going experience!
