After reading these terrible reviews I must agree. Very hard to reach by phone. Some clerks could care less about service.

Face to face customer service and attitude is disappointing

With the money these people make they could be a little more interested in their attitude and customer service..

The services was horrible.
The services was terrible.
The services was awful.
They shoulda train their employees to know what is service means.
Or at least train them to know the responsibilities of the job.

Long lines and RUDE postal workers... Don't our taxes pay for this garbage? Lost mail all the time from my PO BOX!!! Postmaster needs to be fired immediately!!!! Sad !!!

I have spent my first month here as a snowbird. It will likely be my last trip to this beautiful area because of the terrible mail service. I pay for premium priority mail forwarding because my mail is so critical. The five times I have been in the building, there was one clerk who was most unfriendly and apparently purposely slow while up to 25 customers silently seethed while waiting in line. The morale here is low beyond belief. Too bad.

Moved to Destin for the winter. Love the area but dealing with the Post Office has not been fun. Can't believe postal workers have to pass tests to work there.

The male employee that was working the front had a I don't care attitude. Something you do not want to see when you walk through the door. Asked a few questions about a mailbox and it was like I asked him to go get my lunch. You're paid well for your work so act like it.

They can be busy sometimes..but Bobby is always nice and helpful..hes always smile and such great service...

The location is good. Their clerk is sucks, their manager is sucks, their product is sucks, the whole environment in this office is sucks. No wonder why FedEx and UPS is taking over their businesses. A billion dollars business Is running by a bunch of no brainers.

take like 10 minute for each packet or letter to them to process ,they write on the computer so slow ,it like they never ship something outside usa ,and they don't look happy when I arrive whit international mail.
