After I received my furniture on 11 Sept I posted a review on another web site but today noticed on your web site you have customer reviews here so I'd like you copy the message I posted before. I was very happy with the service and my furniture - thank you!







We just moved here and visited several furniture stores - I thought the Home Place gave me the best customer service of them all. The minute we arrived we were greeted by the manager Chance. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and quite friendly. What I appreciated the most was his non-pushy manner as it took me several visits to decide on what I wanted. I ordered almost $8,000 worth of furniture. What was in stock showed up at my house 3 days later. Deliverymen were quick and courteous. I was told the special order items would take 4-6 wks. At the 4 week point Chance called weekly to check on my order and informed me of the progress. Before my delivery I cancelled a $1000 item - no problem. A computer error overcharged me - when I brought it to his attention apologies were made and error immediately corrected. Furniture arrived on time - Chance called on my delivery day to make sure it arrived and I was happy with my purchase. I couldn't be happier with my new furniture - better than expected. Overall - from start to finish we were treated like gold. I'd give the customer service an A+ and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to anyone. Jo Ann B. Destin Florida
