All Pets Resort

I cannot say enough wonderful things about All Pets Resort! I bring my dog 6 days a week for day care and Amy and Chris are always incredibly helpful and flexible with my crazy work schedule! Also most recently when I had car troubles they came to pick him up for me- you're not going to get better customer service anywhere in the greater Destin area!!

All Pets is AMAZING!! I don’t want to ruin their review by talking about another place but you have to understand that to see why we love All Pets and would recommend them to anyone. Long story short, we were first-time visitors to Destin and had reservations at Four Paws. We researched and researched views yet had no idea that the situation at Four Paws was so awful because you have to go to the bottom of Yelp’s page to see the “Filtered Reviews” – that’s where the true stories of those horrible people and their business practices are. Your babies will be left alone in a room full of strange dogs for hours on end and the owners don’t care about you or your pets AT ALL (see Four Paws review to get the full horrific story – again, you will probably have to go to the bottom of the page and click on Filtered Reviews). Bottom line, they held our dogs hostage and we had to call the police to get them back.

Feeling completely traumatized by what happened, we agonized over trusting anyone else with our babies. Amy and Chris saw our distress and took their time with us, showed us their home where they live with all the dogs 24/7 and assured us that they would take care of our puppies. They saw where our babies had dried urine on their bellies from lying in it at Four Paws and they told us they would bathe them for free before we left.

The best decision we made while in Destin was to move our babies to All Pets. They are truly amazing. We loved that the animals are NEVER completely alone, never without supervision. You can tell that they love dogs and truly enjoy their jobs. We were able to visit our babies any time we wanted to – Amy and Chris were always there. They even encouraged us to take them to the dog park and trusted us to bring them back (we hadn’t paid yet!).

We left Destin on a Saturday and went to All Pets to pick up our babies. Amy said she had a surprise for us and opened the door to let our puppies come to us. Amazingly, she had groomed our babies!! They were so adorable! She said she was so moved by our story and what happened to us that she stayed up late the night before to groom them. Their generosity made me cry – they restored my faith in dog boarding and in Destin itself. If you want your dog taken care of, supervised, and loved while you are on vacation, take him or her to All Pets. We love them and would never take our babies anywhere else!
