Fast Service Great rates friendly driver what else can you ask for. Hopefully I won't need another tow truck but if I do I most definitely will call them

I called them at 6:35pm and they arrived at 6:50pm . Not only did Leo arrive fast he got my keys out of my locked car within 5minutes. All for $35.00 of course I gave Leo a tip . Best company to call when in trouble

Called from Boston to help arrange a tow from Cabazon to Palm Springs for a stranded relative stuck on the side of the freeway. Made the decision to call Flat Rate Towing based on the comments here in fact. Quoted me $120 over the phone. That seemed reasonable based on other tows I've had personally. Gave him the phone number of the relative to contact her directly. The driver called me back later to let me know he was on the way. My relative reported back to me that the driver was very helpful: taking her first to where the car needed to be dropped off for repair, helping her transfer items from the car to the tow truck, then taking her home and again helping her move the items from the tow truck to the front door. On top of that, when she went to pay him, the driver told her it was only $100 and not $120. I think she gave it to him anyway for a tip because he didn't try to overcharge her in the first place.

Great price and awesome service. Courteous drivers and not rip offs like others. No extra charges and fast.

they were fast to my rescue and the air was cold in the truck - it was awesome. good resonable rate - I didn't feel taken advatnage of - which for a woman these days doing business is becoming rare. I will use these folks again
