OH MY GOD this place is a joke to say the LEAST! I am disappointed that i even had to give it one star.... so unfortunate because they do not deserve it.

This place has A LOT of potential. It looks really nice from the outside, its the staff that is a major problem. The "Administrator" Jaimie Gardner, is there once a week you will know who she is when you see her because her hair is dyed like a friggin rainbow. not kidding. the administrator has her hair dyed like a 13 year old. There's the administrators "helper" who also has her hair dyed a series of bright colors...so unprofessional. I actually feel bad for the helper, who's name is also Jaimie, because shes there more that Jamie Gardner the "administrator" but dont get too excited because Jamie #2 isnt even there full time. The sad thing is, they get paid full time because the owners dont even check on the place to see that it is ran properly. I must add, The maintenance department is supervised by a lazy old guy named Greg who sits in the front office ALL DAY and it gets better... He smokes cigarettes in there while drinking his Mikes Hard Lemonade tall cans that he brings with him to work everyday. I feel so bad for anybody that gets suckered into moving into this lousy place.... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! You will be lucky to have anything fixed efficiently and your lucky to ever even see anybody in administration! I have never been to an apartment complex where the administration is always completely unavailable! Also, the cops are called there on a regular basis for some reason or another so it definitely isn't a family friendly environment. I hope that the owner wises up someday and cleans that place up, especially the STAFF!

My lease is almost up thankfully. I consider living here survival. I have many complaints with my apartment and the lack of assistance from the staff. A few things never have worked and they have made promises to fix them and have yet to even return my phone calls. I have gone in person to complain about the roach problem I got along with the broken dishwasher and broken lights. I got my car broken into twice. I have given up on complaining and pray I get my deposit back because taking the hit for such an apartment in such a nasty neighborhood is a crime. The security guard drives in and out once usually early. Moving here is your choice hopefully they give you an apartment that looks like the one they show you on appointment.
