If your looking to book a party bus DO NOT book with them. This company is terrible, rude and very unprofessional. The party bus itself was terrible. Our driver was rude and not fit to drive a 22 passenger bus. We were told we had to keep the music at a minimum and that we had to stay in our seats the entire time. Anytime we would move such as stand up he would stop the bus and wouldn't move till everyone was seated. This company then charged us an extra 130 dollars for extra stops. On top of the extra stops the driver the driver took cause he couldn't drive the bus he took all the back roads to chicago (river north) coming from the NW suburbs which took an hour making us late for our event. I've never had a worse party bus experience than this one. 0/10

If I could give them zero I would. Serious bunch of scammers, first they give you a fake rate to get you to call in, then say it was inaccurate. They make the reservation over the phone and tell you nothing ( i mean nothing) about a non refundable deposit. Then the email you a document that says non refundable $100 deposit and YOU"RE TRAPPED! Tried to have a reasonable conversation 6 weeks out from the date of the reservation (middle of wedding season so you know they are going to re-rent this limo). Sent an email telling them I was going to forewarn the world about their bad business practices. Within 60 seconds I receive a phone call from a girl saying she made my reservation and she KNOWS she told me because they record all conversations ( A. try calling in they don't say they're recording and B. Really? you were able to find and review our conversation within 60 seconds? B.S.). I told her I was not interested in continuing the conversation as she was irate and yelling at which point she hung up. Followed quickly by another person, who became accusatory and said she was sitting in the same room and heard the entire conversation and just wanted to let me know my deposit wouldn't be refunded. I hung up on her.



Save your money and go with a reputable company, this fly by night won't be in business long!

From the driver trying to charge us more bc he didn't pick us up by the door we were standing at waiting for him to him wearing sweats and and tee shirt not opening the door for us and leaning on the hood of the limo with his cigarettes in his hand while my friends opened the door and got into the limo to his horrible driving. To the rude customer service lady. I do not understand how they get any good reviews. Not only were they all rude but the driver picked us up and the limo had empty bottles and half eaten strawberries really. And the lady and guy that I talked to on the phone when I told them how the driver was wearing sweats the lady said she saw him and he was wearing khakis and then the guy tells me he saw him and he was indeed wearing dress pants but they were Baggie. We have pictures to prove he was wearing sweats that we sent to them and they still argued it. Regard less I will never use this company again and will never recommend them ever again. Please note I have been using this company for over 5 years and have recommended them to a bunch of friend

Be aware of this company. If you like to miss your flight, this is exactly the company to go with. We made the reservation to get to Midway Airport from North suburbs for early morning. 12 people came to my place on time. But the reserved van never showed up. The dispatcher never told us that M & M Limousine Services will not be able to complete the order and asked to wait. We have been waiting for 40 mins and drove to Midway by our 3 personal cars driving 70 miles per hour to make the flight. We barely made it and the gate was closed 5 minutes after we were seated. We paid twice more for 3 car parking. M & M Limousine Services does not feel any responsibility. Their driver got to accident on the way to pick us up and M & M Limousine Services did not do any backup. They call this as an act of god. What if 12 people missed the flight? My recommendation: never ever go with this company

Wow,what a fabulous service we received!!! You all deserve 10 stars!!! The car arrived on time very clean with water ready for us. Our driver was beyond patient with helping my mom, who is 87, in and out of the car on both journeys. I would definitely use M&M again

My experiences with this company have been nothing but positive outcomes. Every time I have used them, they were on time, professional, and had a clean, yet comfortable ride. I've never had any problems with the driver, he has always been polite and kind. I will use them again in the future!

My experience with M&M has been nothing but positive and extremely professional. I would definitely give you a 5! On a personal not, if you have people who purchase in advance it would make more sense to offer discounts, not the last minute customers. Other than that, I would most certainly use your limo service over any others that we have used again.

The service and limo were 5 star. The driver did an excellent job. He was friendly, courteous and professional and the limo was super clean.

I trust that a driver will always be there to pick me up on time and when I'm at the airport on my return flight, they are always there in a very reasonable amount of time from the time that I call. I used this service to and from Midway and I wanted people to know that it was excellent! From the promptness and timing to the cleanliness of the car, and most importantly the friendly service from the drivers. I will be using this service again and recommending to others.

I rented a limo bus for transportation to and from my daughter's wedding. The bus was very nice but our driver Sebastian was exceptional! He was on time, polite, professional and proficient as he managed the scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs. He even went beyond the call of duty and cleaned up a messy spill.

I want to thank M&M for their professionalism and excellent service. I am very happy to have chosen to work with them. I send my regards to all their excellent staff. I look forward to working with them in the future.

WORST limo service ever!! I was hosting a Bachelorette Party for my sister and when I called to book they booked me a 14 passenger van... Never telling me it was a van just a 14 passenger. I called to ask what happened and the person Erika that I spoke with started yelling at me and then hung the phone up on me. Never use them because you don't know what you'll get!!!!
