        A JOKE in customer service

        If you want to use this location for Western Union you better think again. The first day the manager which is to good to do a WU tells me when the staff member thats on break comes back she'll take care of it. The worker doesn't come back and instead of just doing it himself the manager tells me that the WU is suddenly broken down when he could of taken 5 min of his time to take care of it. The next day the customer help desk employee no names 'E____n' snaps at me I MEAN SNAPS AT ME without even so much as talking with me yet and tells me that my money won't be ready for 16min and I'm closing in 15min so you'll have to go elsewhere. Customer service plus at this fine location. NOT
