I received a gift card from my kids to get my dog groomed at PetSmart. I brought her in and they told me I needed an appointment for full grooming and that her shots would need to up to date. Later I made the call and made the appointment they reminded me she needed her shots. My vet had to call there earlier the day of her appt. and find out where she previously got her shots because my daughter had taken her in and I did not know. So on the day of the appointment, I got the shots and went in with my dog for the appointment. When I walked in they asked if they could help me. I said I have an appointment and the first thing she said was did she get her shots. I said yes and she said when, I said today. (She knew it was today because the vet 's office called there) She said we can't do the appointment today because it has to be 48 hours before we can groom her. I asked her why they hadn't told me twice before, When I did a walk in about the appointment and the next time I actually scheduled one. I was pretty upset because of the waiting again. That was Wednesday, So before I left I made another appointment for today Monday and watched her write it in the book. Today I went to the appointment and they said I didn't have one. I told her I saw you write it in, she said I know you did but I cannot find it maybe it got erased. Yes I spoke to the manager and he said sorry and called back to grooming and said they would fit her in. At that point I was upset again, I told him no I would take her someone else, because if they treated me the way they have why would they treat my dog any better. He did not have a reply for that one. We left. I will have to drive 30 minutes one way to the next PetSmart. Sometimes sorry just doen't cut it.
