Provided by DexKnowsMy experience with Doors, Inc. has always been an extremely positive one. Over the years of working with this organization, they are nothing but professional and provide great service along with quality products. I would recommend this firm to anyone, with any size project.

Provided by DexKnowsI called Doors Inc. to put in a door at a business that we work with. I talked to them about what was needed during the first phone call. They were very nice at first. After the job was finished we got several phone calls saying that they needed cash on delivery. Well, the person I was working with said that they already had an account set up for us. We explained to the installer that we have an account and they are going to bill us. If it was cash on delivery they would have had us pay before hand. The installer harped on us several times about how we don't have an account and he needs a credit card number. So I called the project manager that we had been working with and he proceeded to tell me that we don't have an account. He lied straight through his teeth to cover his own butt. Then the man who lied left a nasty and very unprofessional message on our cell phone. At the very end they did bill us, like they were suppose to in the beginning. I recommend not working with this company
