The Dental Connections is a private, not for profit dental clinic providing a full range of general and pediatric dental care in the Des Moines, IA area formerly known as Des Moines Health Center. Do you need dental work? We may be able to help! Our mission is to reduce oral health disparities in central Iowa. The Dental Connections was established in 1919 and has been actively providing dental care to families in our community ever since. We operate a complete dental clinic and a community-based oral health prevention and treatment program in the public schools for children called the Smile Squad. Services include: • Dental exams • Fluoride treatments and sealants • Fillings, crowns, and extractions • Emergency treatment • Root canal treatment • Periodontal procedures Our dental services are competitively priced and we accept most dental insurance plans including delta dental. Dental care is also provided to individuals and families with limited resources on a sliding discount basis according to family size and income. Our employees work hard to ensure that you receive professional quality dental care in a caring manner. We understand the importance of dental health and are here to help you.
