I live much closer to the Derby Super Wal-Mart, but have started doing my weekly grocery shopping at the Neighborhood Market. To me, it's well worth the extra drive just to avoid the crowds and chaos at the super store. The smaller store is so much more pleasant and I don't have to walk 5 miles just to get a tube of toothpaste or bag of cat food. They don't have quite as many products, but I've found everything I need and the prices are the same as the big store. For some reason, the produce seems fresher too...maybe a different supplier? Wish they would build one of these on the K-15 side of town!
The nice thing about them and the contract I signed with them is that if you continue to see spiders, ants or anything else, they will come back and take care of it - for free. I have been using them for a couple of years, without any problems so far. We even had wasps show up about six months ago and when I called them, they came by and took care of the nest they were building - at no additional cost.
Our home was serviced by Gayle he is always pleasant when he comes to the house. He does a thorough job and sprays where we we ask.
