"My experience with Gene Renegar was very frustrating. His business and communication skills need work. He is very slow to return calls and slow to get going on the job and then slow to send a bill. I had to keep calling to get him to show up and get to work.



I was not satisfied with the end result as the floatation he replaced made the dock and swim deck very uneven, the dock slopes quite a bit. I paid him $2500 to replace floats and he will not return my calls or come back to look at the job. I don't think he even visited the jobsite, except to give the estimate. I had additional new work that I wanted to hire him to do, but no response. Very disappointed! I still need to find someone to finish the job that I hired and paid Gene Renegar to do. Poor communication, job not complete, not recommended."



Update:I finally did hear back from Gene Renegar right after I posted this review. Needless to say, I still will be looking for someone to finish the job.
