Unlimited Auto is on the sign out front, so I'm putting my review here, too, so you can find them :-) They sell great cars and do great auto repair. SA Auto Repair is the best auto mechanic in Denver. Over the years, I've taken my cars to the dealerships, and a whole bunch of mechanics and auto shops with big ads in the Yellow Pages. Sam and all the mechanics at SA Automotive Repair are the only ones who are honest and competent. They fixed a hose on my truck the dealership said was a $1900 catalytic converter problem and charged me under a hundred bucks with the oil change, too! When the transmission went out in my Subaru, it was just before Christmas, and dealerships and places were quoting me more than you can believe. SA Auto got me a new transmission at the best price of ten other shops, and I had my Subaru all fixed by Christmas! Best part: They took the time to teach me about transmission maintenance, fluid, and all the other things a busy mother of three needs to know. And they spotted a tail light bulb was burned out. I'm impressed! Ladies, if you've ever been ripped off by a mechanic, and we all have, get you and your car over to SA Automotive Repair. They're just east of I-25 on Evans. They sell cars, too, and if you see something you like, you can trust them that the car is in great shape and will give you reliable transportation for years to come. I never write reviews but they deserve it. Finding an honest mechanic is like winning the lottery, and I'm happy and grateful to share with y'all! SA Auto Repair 4845 E Evans Ave Denver CO 80222 720 329-5656 P.S. Tell them the lady with three kids in the Subaru sent you. My kids ate all their candy and they were still really nice to me :-)
We moved to Denver recently and needed to purchase a reliable car for our family. We did the perfunctory online search using three separate resources and found a few cars that fit the requirement. I called on them but did not gain much confidence from most of the sellers I spoke with over the phone. I then visited a few lots in south Denver and Englewood but became concerned by the fast talk, the lack of specific knowledge about the cars, and the reluctance to provide warranties, etc. After awhile, I just gave up on the process – then school started and my wife and I were challenged with scheduling for work, the kids, and other commitments so we were back to the search. I feel fortunate that the next car I looked at was on the MGM Auto sales lot. Following the test drive, Roger and his team encouraged me to have a third party mechanic go over the car, MGM performed a minor repair, and they were fair on price. Roger and his group were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant to work with. We have the car and love it. It was actually the first enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had.
So I came on here to write about my experience that I had this past weekend at Rocky's, and was totally in shock by the bad reviews! If I had read this before I had headed out car shopping I never would have gone. Thankfully I didn't. I have dealt with scum bags before, and I assure you, the gentlemen at Rocky's are anything but! They were helpful, but not clingy. They let me take my time looking around the lot, and answered all of my questions precisely. I got an AMAZING deal on a car for my wife . She was thrilled, and I paid wayyyy low for it. So I am wondering about these other reviews on here. It sounds to me like a disgruntled employee, not an actual customer. If you want a place that will hook you up and get you a great car with little hassle, go to Rocky's. Edit - Delete
