We came for the Denver / Pittsburgh game on November 9th , 2010. We stayed at the Loews Hotel and found this great resturant. Stopped in every morning for breakfast. All the guys just raved about the great food and big portions. Our two waitresses were fun and great ladies. I cannot remember the name of the young lady that was the Steeler fan. I do remember that pretty little lady , Karen. We stopped in the morning after the game just to see her before we left to go home but unfortunately she was not working. I promised her a Steeler tee shirt and , in deed , did leave one for her. Hope she likes it. Tell her to drop me a line at firstname.lastname@example.org. to let me know if she wore the shirt. Thanks to everyone in the resturant that treated us so great. I would recommend this place to any one coming to the Denver area. GO STEELERS ! Gary

From Business: Located in Denver's LoHi neighborhood, Central Bistro is a contemporary American bistro with a focus on local, fresh, organic produce. We cook with what's available…
There are quite a few country cooking items on the menue such as chicken fried steak and biscuits and gravy - love that! The prices are super super low! We never use the coupons because this is a small family owned operation and we want to support the few of those left around town.
Terrific service. The lobster pot pie was TDF. The cuban was good as well, but they're good everywhere. Be sure to try the mac n cheese green chili appetizer too. Did I mention they have local microbrews on tap? I definitely recommend the place.
