I just saw the most ridiculous manager/ employee confrontation here. Just about 15 minutes ago I came here to grab a few things apparently someone used fake money at the register. The employee at the register seemed totally honest and confused when the manager basically came yelling and accusing her of knowing the money wasn't real. It was terrible, plenty of customers in the store and all. The poor girl didn't know what to do, very embarrassing moment. I really hope she doesn't loose her job, if anyone needs to be fired it should be that manager. Can't recall names but it was a black lady cashering and a Mexican manager. DISAPPOINTED!! It should have been handled way better than that. I should not be able to tell this story of what's going on at Sally's. Aside from this incident, the service provided by the cashier would be 5 stars I've always enjoyed her attitude. I believe she's fairly new.
I needed a foam wig head for a display at a convention, I called 2-3 places wig stores, no help ,nobody had them. Then I called Sally's, and yes they had them and the price was much lower than ones I found on the Internet, the clerk was very nice and helpful, was a pleasure to talk to, I enjoyed my visit and I will think of them first from now on.
