Omg. The cab was 35 minutes late so if you booked you better allow extra time. I had to call the main office twice to see how much longer our driver would be. Then the driver call twice for directions to pick us up!! Once in cab the service was good and price was reasonable. But at that point I was rather stressed out!!

This is the WORST cab service I've ever seen in my life. I was out for the bronco game last Sunday, called a cab to pick my friend and I up after the game, and the customer service told me that it'd be 20 minutes. Never showed!! Called again, said it'd be another hour. So I cancelled it and called lyft. The first driver stil showed up after I got picked up by lyft, and he said to me: HOW DARE YOU GET A LYFT AFTER CALLING ME! YOU ARE SO UNBELIEVABLY RUDE! Excuse me? No you never showed up. I will NEVER use this company again. Absolutely terrible..
This cab company is a total rip off. Cab driver charged us twice what their standard rate was listed on the web site!! Was supposed to be $55 and charged us &105 !! We didnt realize it until we looked on web. I called the company and they did not call back! Robbery! Thieves!
I am positive that I left my cell phone in a cab. I called FIVE MINUTES after my cab ride and was transferred to the lost an found voice mail. I never had a response to the 7 messages that I left after the first. Eventually I talked to someone in the office. Since I had the cab number, time of the ride and addresses of pick-up/drop-off she was able to locate my driver. She said she would get in contact with him to see if he had seen or heard the phone I had been constantly calling in an attempt to find it or get it back. It has been over a week and I have not heard from the woman, gotten a call back from my numerous voice mails or been able to talk with someone inside the office. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! This is not even considering their outrageous prices. I would give them a zero if I could.
Was forced to use a yellow cab when Uber wasn't an option. Major mistake. They charged me $30 for a 5 minute ride. When I contacted customer service, I was blown away by their unprofessionalism - they responded in a facetious manner telling me the best they could do is refund my $3 tip because "You probably need it for you next uber ride". Really unbelievable how unprofessional this company is.. and just further evidence of the demise of traditional cab companies.
I rode 4.25 miles in a cab on the 25th of August and was charged $16.25. That is completely outrageous and I never plan to take a yellow cab ever again unless they make this right. The cab was dirty inside and even though it was a non-smoking cab smelt very strong of smoke and the driver was unpolite. I have called customer service 3 times and they have me leave a message and I haven't heard back. I am very unsatisfied.
Went to DENVER due to a Bus Trip, I called YC in order to get a cap. First operator told me that one car would be in 5-10 mins. Well, after 15 I called again. Then I was attended by operator by name DANIELLE. She was extremely rude, when I said that my taxi would have had arrived by then, she responded me that I was being ILLOGICAL and that I MADE NO SENSE TO HER AT ALL! when I referred by what I was told, that the next taxi would be there in 5-10 mins. When I asked her name she became extremely belligerent and then she said that if I wanted to call another company, she would encourage me to do so. And Hang up on me... I called again to verify if she hadn't cancelled my service as she threatened, and she responded that SHE WOULD! And hung up on me again!!! Seriously?? SHE HANG UP ON ME TWICE!!! Then the driver arrived and asked me why the operator was really upset AT ME??? Wow, no wonder why YC is losing many customer per THE MINUTE Vs companies as Ub... Then the DRIVER cab#5452 charged me with HIS CELLPHONE!!?? and took HIS OWN TIP!, HE GOT 6 DOLLARS from what I actually authorized!!! Besides taking longer routes to get to my destination and talking in his native language BUT VERY LOAD and discomforting. I am keeping an eye on my statement (CC), because if I get funny charges as well or a cloned surprises I will contact my lawyer!!! INCREDIBLY BAD SERVICE!!!!! If you want to avoid headaches avoid these guys... They are hurting themselves... SAD!
I wouldn't recommend these people for anything called for a cab at 3:00 waited for an hour they still didn't show up or even have the courtesy to call and say they were running late long story short don't use them they are totally unprofessional and will waste your time.
Yellow cab has the rudest customer service representatives as well as a lot of their drivers are disrespectful. They are never on time and when they call you they expect you to be ready when they want you to be. Don't say pick a time but the driver shows up while I'm still getting ready. If I say 5:30, that means 5:30. Not 5:15. Customer services reps think it's ok to talk over you tell you that the time you pick is not the time you get. They really are horrible.
