Just Straigh Forward Honest Service - When one of our A/C units failed last summer, we first called the A/C company that installed the units. Now out of warranty, they charged a service fee to come out, then found that the compressor was bad. They quoted me a price that seemed too high. We called United Mech to get a 2nd opinion. Cesar came out and replaced the compressor for less than half the price of the other company and installed a larger compressor! They said that the original company had installed units that were too small for the office. I love companies like United Mechanical that are successful by running an honest business practice

I bought a foreclosed home and initially dealt with a local heating/AC company through my home warranty service who was terrible and had poor customer service. Local friends highly recommended United mechanical solutions. I have been using Ums for several years and their service has been awesome! They always call to schedule appointments for my prepaid service. They are great at finding a time to get to my home around my crazy schedule. Every service technician who has been to my home has been very professional and explained everything to me. Their service is very professional and highly recommended!

I hired United a week ago to come replace my entire Furnace unit. Not only did they get me in that day, but I also saved myself around $800 off the next closest estimate. Cesar at United Mechanical is a great guy to deal with. He actually sounds and deals with his customers as though he cares about them. Happy with the process I contacted three companies to get estimates on replacement of our furnace and air conditioning system. One local company arrived an hour late and I was told he under sized both the heating and the air conditioning system. The gas company's bid was off the chart cost wise. United Mechanical Solutions did a complete home calculation, a cost comparison and offered more equipment at a very competitive price. Was extremely happy with the installation and the professionalism of this company

THANK YOU We thought we were in serious trouble when our 20 year old boiler stoped working. so we called around and got a few estimates. then United came out what a breath of fresh air they actually asked us what we wanted and spent the time to explain to us what we could do to save money on the installation (rebate experts) and how we could save money in the future. they responded to our questions and they were not desperate to sign the proposal at the end of the day they just asked us to stay in touch and to call them with any questions and thats what we did, two days later we emailed them asked them to do the job for us and we have been very happy with the installers who explained the equipment to us and spent the extra part of the day going over maintenance and prograiming with us to make sure we got what we wanted. plus it is nice to see the gas bill go DOWN. Very Professional!!! AWESOME, HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So incredibly pleased!! My experience was A+ with this company, They were AFFORDABLE, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROFESSIONAL!!! Cesar was awesome and got the job done at the first visit. My pizza double oven had an electrical problem and I had a different company out a little while ago to fix this problem and they failed. The weather just started getting colder and I noticed my furnace was not working properly. A friend of mine referred me to United Mechanical so I gave them a call. The people working in the office were so helpful and they sent a technician out the very same day. They found the problem and I was quoted WAAAAYYY under what I anticipated. The best part was that they guy already had the right parts loaded up on the truck and fixed it within hours. I was so blown away by their service and professionalism that I would refer them to anybody. They did great work for me and the technician was very up front and personable. I would strongly suggest United to anybody in the metro area looking for heating and cooling service.

The best company. Ever. We used them for plumbing work. I called three Denver plumbing companies to get a quote on replacing the pipes in my 100 year old row home after the old galvy pipes rusted through. Cesar came in at about $1000 less than the other guys. When they wrote up the estimate, it wasn't just some crappy form they filled out. They actually wrote me a one page letter and explained exactly what they would do and what materials they would use. It was very thoughtful and detailed--it even included basic things like, "we will put down a drop cloth." This was helpful because it made it clear what I could expect. It also helped me when dealing with my insurance company who helped cover the demolition and wall-replacement costs. Romel came out to see my house first. He was on time, professional, and a stand up guy. He spent a lot of time with me listening to me describe the problems we had and then walking me through my options for the scope of work and materials I could use. He clearly was very knowledgeable and experienced. Though I was calling about the plumbing, he also took a quick look at my AC condenser that the house-flipping company installed wrong before I bought the place. He asked me if I knew how to turn off a fuse and use a screw driver. I said yes. He then told me I could fix it myself--no need to pay them to do it. He told me that a part was missing and where I could get it. I ordered it, and two days later I fixed my AC myself without having to pay a dime. That was very cool that he helped me out even though I was ready to pay out the nose to get some darn AC going. Anyway, I was so impressed (and the price was right) that I just had to go with them. Two guys showed up for our appointment on time. They also called me to let me know they were on their way. They were great--I wish I could remember their names. They got right to work. They were very organized, careful, and patient--which was a blessing considering these old row homes. They had to work overhead in the ceiling which had a bunch of mouse droppings in it, but they didn't complain at all. In fact, they spent the whole time singing along to classic rock on the radio. They always worked over a drop cloth and were very good about catching the old gunky water that came out of the old pipes. The joints where they soldered the pipes together were very neat and clean looking. I compared it to some of the work that was done by house-flipping company, and Cesar's work looked a lot nicer and neater. They let me ask questions and always kept me up to date with their progress. They made one mistake, which was very minor, and was an honest accident--it could have happened to anyone. They immediately took money off the bill without me even asking. It was a little mistake too--some small stains on a wall. We painted over it in 5 minutes. It's been a few months now, and the pipes are still working great! We have had no problems at all. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are great, they are cheaper, and they clearly have experience working in these crazy old houses in North west denver. Honestly, you should hope that something goes wrong with your plumbing just so you get a chance to check these guys out. Using united mechanical means never having to be concerned that they are going to try and sell things you don't need or or work that doesn't need done. I completely trust them. I have highly recommended their services to friends of mine!
