I've been in Turin's several times and have always been greeted by friendly salespeople who are always very helpful and knowledgeable. They seem to have everything you could possibly want or need for a bicycle! This is the only bike shop that I go to. Like they say, "Once you've found the best, why fool with the rest?"

I have been there a lot recent...

I have been there a lot recently and this place rocks! They have everything I need and close to my house. All these reviews are from a few years ago and I feel like it has changed a lot since these reviews were written. If no one has written a review in over 2 years they must be doing something right. haha

AVOID this overpriced dump

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this shop. Rude, dismissive staff wasn't worth the way overpriced tube. $7 for a tube? Way to gouge Turin. I'll go to Performance down on Colorado from now on.

A Hole Manager

When the employee that was helping me couldn't find my special order she involved the manager. Things were OK till then. This arrogant jerk made the missing part seem like it was my fault and then proceeded to tell me to calm down when I hardly fussed. It took all I had not to punch the manager on my way out of the store. Shouldn't someone in charge like that be calm and courteous? Instead he blamed me for their problems and made me feel uncomfortable and angry. I highly recommend shop...view moreping elsewhere if you'd like to be treated with respect, especially if something comes up and you have to deal with the manager. There are some nice friendly sales people there, but the several times I've been in, they often take WAY too long to acknowledge you and are able to offer some help. Edgeworks is just around the corner if you need a close by shop, otherwise I had SUPERIOR help and the staff was extremely helpful over at Salvagetti. I can't thank them enough for making my experience that much better after leaving Turin an angry stress-ball. If I could give this store less stars in the rating, I would.view less

Worst. Service. Ever.

They are conveniently placed on Lincoln St. They do indeed sell bicycles. Other than that, every thing else is just plain poor.

The manager (owner?) does not care about the customers - he does, however, care about his wallet (watch out). If you're looking for integrity, honesty, and caring, I challenge you to find a worst place to visit. Don't count on them honoring their service agreements (sizing, tune-ups, warranties, etc. and don't let them foist a more expensive ill fitt

With so many bicycle stores in Denver, your better served by voting with your pocketbook and going elsewhere. Most shops (and I frequent many) are opposite (some nearly to a fault) but will serve you and love making sure you are properly outfitted. I will NEVER be returning.

I'd Send My Sister Here!

I would know she would be treated fairly and not taken advantage of. I would know that she would get what she wanted not what the guy on the floor pushed on her.
I just bought two new Trek Soho bikes here and Jake and the guys really did a good job with me and my wife. Things were ready when promised the prices were fair and the depth of knowledge was all that I could ask for.
Maybe the guys are direct and no BS but I'd rather have that than less qualified staff any day of the week

Wish we'd read these reviews before we went there on Saturda

I went into Turin Bikes years ago and swore I would never go back. Years later I was sure that there arrogance must have worn off or they couldn't possibly stay in business. My husband and I were in there on Saturday, both of us want to upgrade our bicycles. The young man who helped us was real friendly at first but when I returned with the bike that he had me test, I said it was way to small for me (it must be a children's bike) he said that if this bike did't fit that none of his ...view moreother bikes would work and I should stay with my present cruiser. Then he disappeared. I am sure there are better bike shops in Denver, save yourself a demeaning experience and find one. I will try them again in another 20 years. NOTview less

The most rude employees I've ever dealt with in any kind of store

If you're not a bicycle expert, they simply want nothing to do with you. If you're a novice like me, just looking for some basic information, looking for a good starter bike, they make it very obvious that you're wasting their time. And dear God, if they're talking bike-lingo and you ask for something to be explained, you may well be asking the guy to sever a limb for you. The guy was literally groaning when I asked certain questions. I live three blocks from them, but I'll never set f...view moreoot inside Turin again.view less

This place is awful. I have been in there a few times for repairs and questions. The mechanics I have dealt with are ""pleasant"" meaning only that they are not outright rude but at the same time seem to be the least bit interested in your bike. Last time I was in there they told me I would have to wait over a week for them to order a part that any respectable bike shop should keep a variety of options in stock. \r
The sales people (if that is what we are calling them) seem to be

The last time I went in there I had barely made it through the front door when one of them actually yelled at me with a scowl on his face and in an aggressive tone ""What do you need?"" when I told him I was looking for a specific part he told me they didn't have it in such a way that he was trying to make me feel stupid that I didn't know they didn't have that particular part (like somehow I should have known already and I was an idiot because I didn't). Amazing to say the least. \r
On the same trip I heard him telling a guy that was purchasing a new bike that certain parts that came with the bike (and were on the floor model) were not on the bike when they wheeled his out from storage because those parts were ""garbage"" and he should spend more money to buy better parts (which I am guessing they would have subsequently charged him to put on). If that's not an underhanded sales maneuver I don't know what is. \r
By the way don't bother contacting them via email or through their website as they do not respond, although I can't imagine calling them would be a pleasant experience either.

They had me at ""please don't touch that bike""

They had me at ""please don't touch that bike"". I have been involved in the ski and bike industries for much of my adult life and I have NEVER experienced such poor service as I did at Turin. I felt like I was sized up the minute that I walked in and deemed to be not worthy or their time or energy. My best advice is to stay far away from this pretentious shop.
