Total Floors

In September, we experienced water damage due to the CO floods. We immediately called Total Floors, who had installed our carpet a year prior, when we finished our basement. After my husband and I ripped out the damaged carpet pad and dried the carpet, Total Floors sent someone to replace the damaged pad and re-lay the carpet. After walking on the floor, it was immediately noticeable that the carpet pads were not the same weight, and probably not taped together. In addition, we noticed a seam in the corner that was ripped and hot glued together. The burn mark was crusted over the top of the carpet. When I called the saleswoman, Susie, her response was to put a piece of furniture over the seam, if it really bothered me. I was blown away by her “solution” and lack of customer service. I immediately contacted her boss, Jim, who not only disregarded my complaint entirely, but passed it off to Susie, instead of dealing with the situation. Susie then called me that evening and left me a scathing, unprofessional voicemail, that had more to do with her being a good Christian, than the issue at hand. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever received from any company. I paid for a service that was not only done incorrectly, but not acknowledged or fixed. Their customer service is far from acceptable. Save yourself the headache and find another flooring store.
