I am very impressed with the treatment I received at Gentle smiles of Colorado "Golden". I researched the pricing and they are by far one of the cheapest and good quality I have yet to come by. I loved the staff and the dentist was very patient with me. I would highly recommend coming to this office! This is the most comfortable dentist I have been to. Fantastic Job!!!

Keep searching you don't want to go here!After a discrepancy with a bill they mailed me. I called into get some info. Each time I called I got a different answer. At first they told me it was for 3-build ups that insurance didn’t pay for. Not only did that not add up to my new bill. They made me call Cigna. The lady I talked to at my insurance company was able to answer all my Q's. Also, She explained that insurance paid for everything submitted to them. I called the office gals back and got a different lady and a different explanation for the bill, Still not adding up! Today a 3rd gal called me and yet a completely different explanation.. Be sure to double check bills you get from places like this. Before you just mail them back a check! If you can’t get a straight forward answer. Then someone has to be deceiving you! Stay away from this office or you will pay!

I almost didn't go here because of a few bad online reviews, but I am very pleased that I decided to go see for myself! Through all of my interactions so far the reception staff has been very courteous and friendly. I was a little worried about money, and they assured me that they could consult my insurance plan and find out what was covered and at what cost before we did anything. They got me in to see the Dentist for a cracked tooth in a very reasonable time frame. They were very conscientious about asking if I were in any pain and it sounds like they would have gotten me in even more quickly had I been. The hygienist who took my initial x-rays was extremely gentle even before I told her that I had some really horrific dental experiences in the past. She was very good about explaining what she was doing and why, and I found out later that she had put a note in my file encouraging everyone else who saw me to do the same. I ended up seeing several different hygienists and Dentists through the process of getting a crown put on this tooth and getting a cleaning and check up, and they were -all- exceedingly gentle and kept me apprised of what they were doing and why. After we got my crown taken care of I scheduled a routine cleaning and check up appointment. Again, the hygienist was extra gentle and explained every step along the way. I have some severe dental problems that need to be addressed and I was a little afraid that I would be lectured or berated for putting things off, but both the staff as well Drs. Wachuta and Woods were very compassionate and approached the issue by helping me build a treatment plan that I can handle taking in to account both when I will be able to get time off work and when I will be able to afford more work. I am no longer afraid of the dentist, or as I told one hygienist; I get anxiety attacks when I think about the dentist, so you guys must not be “the dentist”. Overall I would give this office five stars out of five. I think I have finally found a place that I can trust with my oral health, and when you have had as many bad experiences as I have that means a lot!

If you are not a big insurance company who can "Negotiate discounted rates", but you are just a long time patient who has a dental emergency, they will charge you 150% of what the insurance company "will allow them to charge". bottom line is they only care about their bottom line, not their patients. It seems wrong to me to fleece a patient, just because they are between insurances.
