Tamarac Village Apartments

I wish I could give them zero stars.. If you like roaches please move into these apartments. This problem has been going on for two months now. They just keep sending pest control out to my apartment. I haven't used my kitchen for two months everything is in boxes... The roaches are everywhere in my bathroom, bedroom, and living room. I woke up one morning and there was one in my bed. I have taken pictures of all these things and contacted the health department. I have also talked to two different managers none of which have been helpful. All my neighbors have the same roach problem the whole building is infested. Two of my neighbors have mice. They won't even let me leave because they are so cheap. Unhealthy environment look elsewhere please!!! Horrible management.....

Horrible place. No maintenance done on common areas nor grounds. Rent keeps going up and tenants are charged monthly fees for stormwater, parking lot cleanings, etc. but the grounds and common areas are trash. If you ask the leasing office and/or maintenance for help they get snippy and never do a thing. The people who live here are very nice, but the place looks more like a ghetto every day. I'm not sure what the new owners are up to, but keeping this place in great shape is not a priority

Even though we paid our rent for 3 years straight they still cant work anything out with us. We just had a baby, cant afford 1000$ a month for run down old building built in the 70's. This complex is a rip off. Maintenance takes forever and a day just to buy doggie poop bags. The neighbors are great but Tamarac Village is absolute garbage! I give you guys a big 0 out of 5 for the WORST customer service I have encountered at any apartment complex.
