        Overall

        If I could rate zero stars, I would. The staff was either completely incompetent or purposesly withheld information concerning my policy and service issues that arose. Robert Francis didn't step in to help, but perpetuated the continued confusion and frustration. He's either incompetent, unethical or directs his staff to be so too. Don't waste your time trying to talk to them, just google the Allstate corporate service line and speak to them. So much for being in Good Hands.
