I moved my business from New Mexico to Denver. I was told from many people to go to Ralphs and they would help us set up our business. They were more than right! I went to ralphs, they sat with me and my partner and went over our needs. They were not there just to sell me machines. They spent the time with us. They help us with local suppliers and contractors. They introduce us to the Denver design incubator for an additional resources. They also made us custom folders to make the machines they supplied as user friendly as possible. They delivered, setup and gave us the basics on keeping our equipment running smooth. I can always stop by with my application problems and they would help us at no charge. There service and parts departments are the best! You can buy equipment anywhere but you can't make your business successful without a Ralphs out there!

I move my business to Colorado and brought my machines. I contacted Ralphs service and they set up a call and got all my machines running great. They have fantastic staff all very helpful. I you want to start a business need to see Ralphs!

I bought a Kingmax walking foot and love the machine. Its runs smooth and quiet with the servo motor. Its nice i can change the speed to my needs. They have a excellent service dept. and also a parts and thread supply showroom you'll spend time looking. They have things i did not know were available. This company has the largest inventory of Industrial Sewing Machines. You can ask questions and get great quality answer with additional idea to make the right decision on what machine to buy. There equipment is all at your fingertips to try and get outstanding instructions from there mechanics. Not only can you buy the equipment there parts department is to die for!!! They have all the attachments in stock! They also sell hundreds of color of industrial thread not the thread you buy at the crafts stores. Prices are less and you get more! Wow. I ask how they know what people want. They said being in business 35 years you slowly learn the needs of your client which changes as time does. They also gave me a tour of there Machine Shop! They are making all types of prototypes for energy companies. This company is not sitting still. I know that they will take care of me years down the road. Thanks Jack!!
