Property Doctors

Had a major mold problem called up property doctors and they took care of it right away. very professional would use again but hopefully won't need too.

I had Water damage due to a broken pipe my carpets got destroyed Called Property Doctors -The results were awesome. The staff was polite and worked quickly. I was amazed at how fast they cleaned it. I was also pleased that the carpet dried overnight. A day later it looks and smells brand new. I'm happy with the results and will use again.

My entire experience with Property Doctors has been top-notch, from the first call to the actual carpet cleaning in Denver. And the cleaning was amazing! The only time my carpets were cleaner was when I first bought them. I'll use these guys again for sure!!!

The staff at Property Doctors are extremely professional, and came in before hand to assess the area, figure out a time frame and did the work. They got the carpet cleaned in a timely manner with no mess. My colleagues have used this company before, so I thought I'd give it a try. Very happy, I highly recommend them.

Property Doctors did an amazing job on our home! We had a few very dark areas that made our carpets look awful and they came right out with their special steam treatment. They were very patient, transparent with costs and flexible with their time. Overall, a fantastic and simple process.

I wish I had checked with the BBB before doing any business with the Property Doctors, they are rated C- with 14 different complaints. I will be adding to that list because of the horrible experience I had to go through with them. All I needed was a simple estimate and ended up with some ridiculous bill for work that I never asked for, I was given a quote and then charged for something else. They claim on their web site they PRIDE themselves in keeping the customer included every step of the way. Well their customer service skills, honesty, business ethics, and all around service is by far less then satisfactory. I was given a quote of $300 and pressured into signing with them, after realizing the service men had tricked me into signing I called them very next day to cancel the contract (no money on the contract) for them to tell me not to worry they will be out when they have time to pick up their equipment, but they will stop the contract stating I will do any more business with them. Well two days later they came to get their fans and to give me a new quote of $1100.00, when I asked why, the service tech. started pulling numbers out of the sky. I simply told him I was quoted $300 so he went down to $841, then to $550. Kind of funny how it went down sooo much when I confronted him on the charges. I again explained to him I will pay him the $300 that was originally quoted and gave him a check for that amount. Of course they cashed the $300 and I did not hear from them until two weeks later I get a bill in the mail for $1748.55 (WHAT?) when I try to contact the owner with this matter she is confidently out of the office and I still have not heard from her. I hope this will help anyone else in the future before using Property Doctors and having to go through the stress and frustration myself, my husband, and the 14 other customers have had to go through.
