Pizza Hut

This PIZZA HUT customer service SUCKS...Especially their so called manager MIKE..i specifically called and ordered a CHEESE and SUPREME PIZZA...he repeated everything I said back to me and delivered me PEPPERONI...I call to tell him about the wrong order and he got mad, started arguing with me and hung up in my face! I called back and of course he couldn’t take the heat in the kitchen so he hung up in my face again...you call that customer service? MIKE you need to be DEMOTED...if you call yourself a manager then BE a manager and take care of customer...better yet, if your going to be in customer service, practice on your ACTIVE LISTENING SKILLS and get people’s orders right! Now add that to your chart!

three orders of wings, two 2 litres of soda and a double order of quepapas. driver shows 90 min after ordering from 10 minutes away with only the chicken in hand. I point this out and told he needed to check his vehicle. he found the quepapas but not the soda, told him i'd hold the bill while he gets the missing products, 30+ min later he shows up again with sodas and informs me I can't order from them any more (lol). this location regularly screws up orders and can't manage to deliver fast food in a timely manner. Not being able to order from Pizza Hut isn't a hardship especially this one. Then when the driver realized he wasn't getting tipped for his incompetence and rudeness this became an issue. If you F!!K UP don't expect to be rewarded or praised. If you order from here and your order is not right don't expect this location to make any effort to correct it and for it to actually be your fault. additionally when we attempted to eat the food everything was cold.
