DO NOT Support this company, They took advantage of us, lied and manipulated and after searching online further for reviews it appears that this is normal business etiquette for these guys.They promised someone would contact us to schedule our tuning after the piano "acclimated to our home". A week after it was moved, no one contacted us. We called and they said the person who tunes in our area would be contacting us, they never did. More then 3 weeks passed and they kept giving us the runaround until finally someone told us that because we didn't pay for the tuning upfront, which we did, they couldn't send someone out. It was just enough timing for them to cash our check and screw us over. Not only did they steal our $$$ they also had an employee who carried our baby grand piano reeking of alcohol. Thankfully nothing happened but needless to say this company is very unprofessional and unethical.
This company couldn't do the job, charged us anyways and threatened to keep our piano, they made my wife cry by mocking her.....this is a bad company run by low lives. Horrible
