MINI U Storage has wonerful customer service, very clean units and I'm very happy with the decision we made to go with this storage facility!

After checking out a number of places, this storage had the competitive rates, and ease of location.

BUT, what separates them is the service. VERY friendly, happy, warm people who are genuinely interested in helping folks. I was blown away at how great they were to deal with.

I saw Mini U Storage just driving by and they seemed to have great deals. I need a storage place for just a few months and called to ask about space available. They reserved a unit for me based off of what I had and even let me look at a smaller one saving me money! The owners were extremely pleasant and REALLY helped me out. The units are clean and easy to access with a code. They even have a moving truck available really cheap!

After researching and looking into many of the storage facilities in the area, Mini U Storage on Mississippi Ave. had the best reviews, best rates and the highest user satisfaction. I would highly recommend it to any one looking for a storage facility!

Mini U Storage is a fantastic place. All the people there are so helpful, polite and are great. The facility is clean and you got to love that they give you tickets to a game (I got the hockey tickets).

They are amazing people that work there,excellent customer service and very helpful.The storage units are very clean and they will find the perfect size you need.

I would highly recommend Mini-U to anyone who needs storage space. The staff was extremely helpful and the prices were fair. And by the way they also give you two free Nuggets tickets when check-in, which doesn't hurt. Thanks again!

THere is no doubt that i will recomend this stroage to my friends, As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted, shown around the property and the storage unit we will be renting. it was quick and easy and i got a sense that they really wanted my business. Excellent location, friendly staff, and above all they make sure that you have everything you need to store your property with out all the pressure that some other storage places do. I really like this place and i would use them again in a heartbeat..

Wanda and Reggie, the managers at this site, are fantastic! Not only are they personable and run a great operation, they are professional and so helpful. I would highly recommend their business to anyone looking for a very well run storage facility.

I was looking at a couple other storage facilities before I decided going with Mini-U-Storage. While cost is always a concern, there were several reasons why I decided to rent a storage unit from Mini-U.



First, the staff is friendly and helpful. They are easy to speak with and seem to enjoy what they are doing.



Second, the facility seems very clean and well-kept. Where other facilities said no or couldn’t tell me, the Mini U staff was able tell me that they do have pest control service come out on a regular basis. This is a major plus for them because I’m always concerned about little critters damaging my stuff.



Finally, for the amount you pay at other facilities, Mini U has larger units. So I found the rental prices at Mini U to be extremely fair.



That is all I was really looking for to rent a unit, and the Mini U staff went above and beyond what they had to by offering a free lock, Avalanche tickets, and incentives to reduce monthly rent. I’m really happy that I decided to go with Mini U.

This was a great place to store our belongings. The staff were great to work with and the price was right!
