As a client I have only had 1 good case-manager and because of illness had to quit. I have had the most unprofessional people as a client I have them tell me how many clients they have, been ignored, told I am just a client, told I need a payee(I don't need one the one thing I won't do is spend money except on what I need). They have not given me any help. I am told because I want a new case-manager I have had too many ( I've only changed once on my own) that even though I have a good Doctor I must change sites. So if you have a good leg and a bad leg, cut off both legs and get a chance that maybe you will get two bad legs. They are not there for the client.
