Don't work with Cameron. He's horrible and so is the entire company besides the receptionist. They don't check the cars before they persuade you into buying them and charge through the roof. They take advantage of young people to make some change in their pockets. Such jive

Don't EVER buy a car here! The car they sold me has been in a previous accident first of all, then I had to fight for them to pay for that damage. On top of all that, somebody I know went there and gave them my name after he bought a car and I was supposeded to get $100. But when I went to receive the 100, they said I had already came and picked it up! Awful customer service. Never will go back.

I wish there was an option for no stars. This wasn't just the worst car buying experience, it was the worst BUSINESS experience I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with in 30 years of living. Unfortunately, this story is too long to go into too much detail. I will do my best to shorten it up. I go here to buy a car, not because my credit was really bad, but because I didn't have much of a down payment but needed a vehicle badly. So the sales guy was new which isn't that big of a deal but I found out after I bought it that there wasn't a safety check done before it was put out on the sales lot. There was a preexisting brake problem that I didn't find out about until it was too late, which caused the calipers to break. They fix it but charge me for it. About 2 weeks after I buy it I notice oil leaking on my driveway, which got increasingly worse, then so hard to keep up with I couldn't put new oil in it frequently enough to prevent the engine seizing on me. So they "fix" that, charge me for it, and when I go to drive it away I find out the transmission is messed up. Took it to a tranny shop, they have to completely rebuild it. So at this point I couldn't afford the bill so the truck sits in the lot for months while I keep diligently making payments before I can finally afford to pay it. When I pick it up, there's about 4 noticeable problems that resulted from the engine work Mark's auto did before the transmission problem, including overheating because they actually forgot to put antifreeze back in the new engine... so I take it back for them to correct the problems. After a MONTH they finally have it ready. I drive it TWO weeks and... you guessed it... more problems. The fuel pump and alternator goes out. At this point I give up. I take the truck back and tell them to keep the piece of junk, after having already payed half the loan at this point. I couldn't even drive it a third of the time I was paying for it! I also paid a 2400 dollar transmission bill on top of it all. And they probably just flipped it and got it sold to the next sucker. I cannot express how horrible this place is, taking full advantage of whoever needs a vehicle badly enough. Absolute bloodsuckers! Worst experience ever and I can't get myself to believe that I will ever have anything top it. Buyers beware and good luck!!

I don't understand how they can sell a car that is so dirty. I found chewed up gum in the cup holder. Sure they said they'd clean it, but I'd have to wait 2 weeks for an appt. No, when I buy and new or used car I expect it to be clean and to feel comfortable driving in it. This is disgusting and I'm pissed.
