        Awful! Phone conversation sounds legit and the process is usual, then this thing takes your money and the bankruptcy you expected never occurs. Mark Collins is your disappearing bank, a talker an entity that does not deserve your attempt to seek bankruptcy. Run the other direction from this person, just pass this one!
