Excellent, responsive, professional work--and at a very good and competitive price! Their windows are great quality and have really made the difference in our home. James is prompt and courteous, and their turnaround time is much better than many companies, especially the big ones. It's nice getting products and services from a smaller, local company that cares about the work they do and is respectful of everyone's time and all the steps involved. They also did some "custom" work on our mudroom, with new windows and replacing vinyl siding and gutters, and that worked out great, too (with the exception of some gutter foibles due to historic storms last May and a slight delay in installation, but that was all resolved in good time, and with appropriate diligence by the company). Basically at every step James and the company was informative, kind, professional and easy to deal with. We'd definitely use them again and can highly recommend them!

What sets this company apart is that we always knew who to contact and James was always responsive and respectful of our time. This company uses quality materials that fit well within our budget and were appropriate for our house. Although some finishing details needed to be corrected from the first installation, they were addressed immediately without any hassle.

James from Krafwork Design replaced 5 windows from my townhouse, they came measure and gave me a quote right away, and then waited 8 months for me to be ready to do the project, without affecting the original quote, right there excellent customer service. The installation was done fast and correctly, the project area was protected and clean after the job was done, his team explain the window in detail to me. James was recommended by one of my neighbors who had her windows replaced by James, and after doing some research, James had the best price, for the same quality windows other places offer, but at a much better price. I would definitely recommend them.

After months of looking for a qualified & well priced contractor to replace my windows. I came across KraftWorks Design from a recommendation of a friend who had gotten work done by them. After a pleasant conversation with Mr. Saylor, he came up with multiple ideas and a price that we could totally work with. So now that was done we awaited the follow through..! And the KraftWorks team hit it out of the park and just in time for winter:-) I highly recommend them and feel you can't go wrong hiring them for your window needs!

I had 18 windows replaced on my house in Congress Park by Kraftwork Design. They did a fantastic job, and they came in under price over the other companies I was considering. I decided to go with Kraftwork because the price was better than the others, the reviews were great, and when I spoke to James, the owner (?) of the company, he listened, was considerate and very professional. He offered me exactly what I wanted for my 100+ year old house in Congress Park: matching exterior and interior finishes on the windows, double pane, argon gas filled glass for warmth efficiency, and the bonus was windows made easy to clean the exterior.
