I'll start off by saying the only nice thing about Emich Volkswagen's service center is their waiting area. Unfortunately, everything from the customer service to the actual work done is sub-par at best. The service agent I dealt with was KB Brader, who assured me that their work was personally inspected by him prior to me picking it up and appeared flawless. When I looked at my car, there were several visible defects in the labor as well as additional repair work that they had to do to correct mistakes they made in the process. When I asked KB about the unnecessary additional work, he says that they have to write that it was a customer concern in order to be reimbursed by VW as warranty coverage. When I asked his manager Todd, he admitted that they caused damage while doing the repair work but it was fixed free of charge and so I shouldn't be concerned with what was written on the invoice. I also mentioned the visible defects and his response was that there was no way I could prove that they caused the damage, even though all the parts were brand new prior to their installation. After refusing to fix their poor work, I told them I was going to file an insurance claim against them. They didn't seem to care about how upset I was but fortunately my insurance company photographed and documents all the mistakes that were caused by Emich and I was told that they would go after them for full reimbursement for the cost of parts and labor. My insurance company also noticed that instead of replacing the broken parts that Emich damaged, they tried to glue them back together figuring I would never find out. The saddest thing is that these repairs were supposedly done by their shop foreman, which makes me wonder that if the boss tries to cover up his mistakes by gluing broken parts together, do they allow all their other mechanics to do the same?
Do not go. I took my car in Monday morning with an appointment for a simple diagnostic check (the old check engine light). By Tuesday afternoon, they stil had not got around to checking on the car. They offered to put a "rush" on it. I had to laugh.

Meeting and purchasing my 2008 Volkswagen Passat LUX from Geoff Metge was an amazing experience. He made me feel comfortable and confident in acquiring my new car. I was so impressed with his knowledge on every single vehicle in the Emich lot, even those that were not VW

We traveled all the way from Carpenter, WY to this dealership to check out the Jetta TDI. John Orlando answered all our emails and called us making us feel very comfortable to want to go to their dealership. It was the best experience for buying a new car and the quickest. I have bought several new cars in Cheyenne and never before felt so completely at home in the experience. There was no pressure, or arguing the price for ever, or hating the dealer when your done. John took his time to show us all the components on the car making sure we understood and felt comfortable with it. I feel John has become a good friend now. All the personnel were very friendly and helpful. Even the financial part seemed almost harmless. A great experience overall and I will recommend them to friends and family.

I had at least some contact with every area dealer before I leased my Jetta with Emich, and I can tell you that the difference between Emich and the other dealers was night and day. They offered me a better price right off the bat, treated me fairly at all stages, and were very friendly. It is refreshing because they are ACTUALLY trustworthy. I could not be more thrilled with the whole experience and will be encouraging my friends to check them out the next time they are in the market for a car. (I worked with Franz, Dario, and John Orlando, by the way!) Happy car shopping everyone!

it's interesting to read the other reviews here because I for one will NOT be referring anyone to Emich VW. My friend bought a car from them this past saturday and got taken advantage of. She has a 600 credit score (not the best) but not the worst credit out there and they hit her with the highest interest rate they possibly could... 20.99%. Yes, she should have known better but she liked the car and trusted the dealership. I just bought a car a week ago from a small used car lot and got 15% no problem and I have worse credit than my friend. So, if you go to Emich VW atleast get pre approved for a loan because they will take advantage of you!!

This was hands down the best experiance ever. We found a great car at a great price...Financing was easy, dot great terms with a finance company I have heard of. John was awesome he actually talked us out of buying a SUV as it was out of our price range and the cost of maintaining it would have killed us. We did find a Certified Passat took it for a drive and decided to take it home. We were in and out in all of about 4 hours, this is a new record for buying a car. Honestly I felt like I was a customer, treated honestly fairly and like a person. Emich earned a customer for life...

My husband and I recently bought a 2008 4-door VW Rabbit at Emich and had a fantastic experience working with one of their salespeople, Blake. We came in with a very clear idea of what we were looking for (a car to use primarily for commuting, low-mileage, a Rabbit model, etc.), as well as a non-negotiable, set budget. \r \r We really appreciated that Blake didn't try to up-sell us. True to their word, the entire experience was ""no-pressure."" He matched us with the perfect car for our needs and we never felt as if we were receiving a sales pitch. Furthermore, Blake was incredibly knowledgeable about the car (and VW in general), which reinforced our decision to do business with Emich. \r \r We were not planning on buying a car that day, but after test driving the car and talking with Blake, we felt like we were doing business with a solid, reliable dealership. Negotiating was painless and we ended up getting an awesome deal on the car!\r \r Overall, everyone at the dealership was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy to work with! Dave in the finance department, and the manager of the sales department (also a Dave) were easygoing and great to do business with as well. In all, buying a car at Emich was a simple, no-pressure, enjoyable experience! I'd highly recommend them!\r \r

On the positive side, prices are better than other Denver V-Dub dealers. My sales guy was friendly and I feel like he did work hard to get me a good deal on the price/ find the right car for me. This is a 'one price' dealer, but there is still SOME room to negotiate. They still made a handsome profit I'm sure, but I left feeling like I had gotten a good deal in terms of price. Now on the negative side, if I had not done my homework on financing rates currently on offer by VW Credit, I might not have gotten the best interest rate - despite a credit rating over 800. It was only when I asked why I wasn't getting the advertised offer from VW credit that the 'typo' on my quote was discovered and then they offered me a better rate. Was it a typo or a deliberate error? Who knows. Just make sure you have a look at VW credit's website before you make any deals. Also, beware the push from the dealership manager for service plans! Sheesh! No means NO! Finally, the jury is still out on after sales service. 2 weeks after purchase, and I'm still having to chase them for the second set of keys, which they claimed were in the mail the day after I bought the car! That's annoying. All in all, I feel like I got a good deal for a certified VW. But it was pretty much because I did my homework first. I wouldn't walk into this dealer unless I knew exactly what I wanted to buy.

I had a pretty tough time getting my car loan done so I owe some thanks to the guys at Emich. These guys have a pretty nice inventory most times I checked so they are definitely worth a look if you want a VW or have trade you need help with.

I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager and owner while I was at Emich leasing a vehicle for my daughter who just started at DU and I must say they gave her a pretty fair shake BEFORE I even showed up. I was expecting the worst having sent my 19yo into the dealer to find a replacement for her old beat up Corsica. Of course I was able to shave a few bucks of the monthly payment but I must say I left there feeling I could trust her to finish the paperwork without me. If you want a work with a professional group you may want to take a look at them. Thanks Tj, Fred & Kris

Emich Volkswagen provided a friendly and easy car buying experience. I wanted a car that was in Florida!!! And they got it here in a week!! They looked and searched for me for weeks for the car I wanted. They will do anything for their customers!! Our salesman Jeff was not pushy and the sales manager Dave was just as easy and friendly to work with. They were very educated on thier products. The financing was quick and easy and we are so happy to have bought our Audi convertible from them. We will definatley be buying from them again!!! Thanks guys.

I live in Southern Colrado and I have been servicing my 01 Jetta there for almost 10 years now even though they aren't the closest by any means. I recently bought a 2010 TDI Wagon there and I cant imagine what I could change to make the process better. 2 Thumbs up for these guys.

We drove from Colorado Springs to Emich to purchase the GTI that my son found on the internet. The drive was worth it, the price was lower and the condition of the car was far greater than what we have seen in Colorado Springs. Tj was very knowledgeable of the car and very pleasant and caring. We love the hassle free purchase and the interest rate we received was way lower than our bank. Awesome!

We were upside down in our Jeep, needed quite a lot of 'miracle working' to get out of it and into a van. Most dealerships we'd been to had used our situation to try to fleece us, but Emich VW was incredibly fair to us. I did not-- for the first time in my car buying experience-- feel like I was dealing with greasy salesmen with false grins and loud exclaims of how hard they were working for us. We told Dan (our salesman) what we needed in the van, what we needed our payments at, and he said, ""Ok,"" and made it happen. It was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend them and would very definitely buy from them again.

Bought my Diesel Jetta through Emich. My salesman was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend them considering most dealers in my area were charging huge addendums on these Diesels. Emich was selling these rare cars for MSRP. -Robert L
Emich Volkswagen was very proffesional and helpfull when I took my Jetta in for basic maintanice. The explained everthing to me and showed me and told me things I never knew and needed to know. They were very honest and gave me a very fair deal.
Big thanks to Tj, Dave & Kris. I feel I got a fair shake on my trade and didn't need to haggle on the R32 I bought because they were the best price on autotrader already. Cant think of what I would want from a dealer. Seriously guys. Thank you.
Had a great experience at Emich. Smart no-nonsense guys, no fooling around, straight to business and a fair deal. I went from a Mercedes to a Jetta because my Mercedes was on it's last legs. TJ was informative and didn't play games. Love the new Jetta! -Russ
I went hunting for a used A4 Avant on several dealer lots in September. I was looking for a particular year, and engine and asked the salesmen I encountered to call if anything came up. I exchanged cards and moved on the next dealer. One of the few to follow up was T. Ward of Emich. He actually called me with useful information. The experience was relatively painless and we struck what I felt was a fair deal. He even followed up and made sure the vehicle was checked out mechanically before we closed the sale. I would recommend Ward and Emich to anyone looking for a used car in Denver.
