        Overall

        The DHA is an example of the very worst of Government. Phone calls go unanswered, as do e-mails, and most voice-mail boxes are either full or not even set up...one would think it's a brand new agency. This location's voice-mailbox is full, so messages can't even be left there.



        The DHA makes the DMV seem downright efficient in comparison.
