Colorado Chrysler Jeep

Terrible service!!!! While I was in the process of purchasing my new vehicle everyone was extremely helpful (but of course that’s because they want you to buy the car). After I bought my car, I called both the finance manager and the gentlemen who sold me the car because I needed to know what company was financing my vehicle so I can put insurance. After leaving numerous messages I have still not heard an answer from anyone, and it’s been nearly two weeks. In addition, the vehicle I purchased was not exactly I what I was sold on. The sales man went over all specifications of the Grand Cherokee, and showed us how everything worked, including the sun roof. I informed him I wanted that exact car but in a different color. After I chose the color I wanted we proceeded to sign all the paperwork to purchase the vehicle. I could not leave with my car that day because the weather did not allow it (the parking lot was flooded). The next morning I picked up my car and after I drove off the lot I realized it did not have a sunroof. When I called them, they said they could install a sunroof in my car but I would still have to pay $750 for the installation or I could trade it for another Cherokee (that had smaller wheels) and still pay $500. This is beyond ridiculous I was sold on a vehicle with a sunroof. Nevertheless, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Great place Mark B. is amazing, i was extremely happy with the sales guy i worked with and will never buy another car from anyone but him from now on. Mark Bernardi was very enjoyable the whole time, funny, joking, great stories, i felt like i was working with a friend. We all know that we are afraid of the nagging car sales men but lets be honest, if your just looking your taking business from them. With that being said if you go in there with the intent to buy this young man will more then happily take care of you. As long as they have what you want you will leave with a new car and a big smile on your face after working with Mark and the guys at CCCJ.

We had a horrible visit. No one cared to greet us, then when we were helped the salesman wanted to find every way out of helping us. We were just looking for a trade in and the salesman did not know what was even on the lot, then when we found a car he said it was at their Fiat Denver location. He preceeded to push us to just sell our car on craigslist since that worked for him. Bad business and bad relationship building. Unless you came in with your credit report and cash in hand you were worthless.

I had a great experience, friendly and knowledgable salesman, and none of the haggling and pressure for more product. In fact, they unexpectedly gave me a rebate, and a ski pass! What more could I ask for? Another piece of pizza...yep, I had lunch with the salesman, too. Ask for Jim Baker...he is THE MAN! Still can't believe it...beginning to end was just over 2 hours. I am very happy!

We just bought a 2012 Town and Country. Tim Benge did a fantastic job of helping us select the car that was perfect for us. He and Justin Brewer worked together to help us close the deal and be on our way in a timely manner. Working with Tim and Justin was an enjoyable experience.

This was the most enjoyable car buying experience we've had. Tad Bennewate was our sales person, and was both knowledgeable and extremely professional. He took great personal interest in us , and was much more concerned with finding us a vehicle that suited our needs, than just desperately trying to make a sale. After working with with several dealerships in the past, getting the usual horrible car buying experience, I was quite surprised and at ease with how easy it was to purchase my new 2012 jeep wrangler at the dealership. My sales person Zach was low pressure and highly knowledgeable throughout my whole experience. I was also very surprised, given how customer service is these days, that even the sales manager Mike came out and introduced himself. My hats off to the staff at the dealership.

It was a pleasure to work with Paul Crabtree, Mike Surd, and Peter while buying a new Jeep Rubicon and trading in my car. I was surprised that I actually enjoyed talking with these guys while checking out the various new Jeeps they had available.



The price of the new vehicle was very good. I expected to be raked over the coals on the vehicle that I was trading in, but that was a surprise too. Based on what I found on Kelly Blue Book, Edmunds, and Craigslist the value they gave for my trade in was also very good.



I have never had a better experience buying a new vehicle. I definitely recommend this dealership and in particular Paul, Mike, and Peter to anyone looking to purchase a Chrysler or Jeep.

Met a salesman that was really down to earth and helpful. I had my hesitations, but Tad Bennewate made buying a car that much easier and being super resourceful as well. Thank youuu! My car buying experience was not as overwhelming as I assumed it might be =^^=.

Last week we showed up to get a
preowned jeep and worked with Will Loomis. He made the whole process very fun and easy. Now my wife won't buy anything else but jeep and from nobody but Will. 5 stars guys!

I had a wonderful experience at Colorado Chrysler Jeep. I needed a part for an older Chrysler that my dad drives and Randy in the parts department was a great help!! He helped me find the exact part I was in need of and even offered to have it overnighted for faster delivery so that I could get my dad back on the road. Everyone I encountered there on my visit to the parts department were very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

I always have my routine auto maintenance done in the service department at Colorado Chrysler. Rob is always incredibly helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this location for all your auto maintenance needs- not just Chrysler and Jeep!!

I reccomend Colorado Chrysler Jeep to all my friends! I recently had a collision repair so it was nice being able to take my vehicle to a Jeep body shop. They were friendly the whole way through and i was contacted the whole time my vehicle was in the shop and I was even able to pick my vehicle earlier than it was scheduled. I have recently heard back in writing from the Colorado Attorney General's office with regards to this dealership's business practices.



This office has personally forwarded my complaint on to the Colorado Dealer Board for official review.



The issue: The dealer had me sign a legal document for the amount of my trade-in payoff that I agreed to; same as with any other buyer. This is in all standard car purchase paperwork.



The problem: This dealer deliberately paid off a much lower amount than what I agreed to and this fact was confirmed with documentation provided to me by my former lienholder. I discovered this by accident but now this dealer must come clean on my car purchase and possibly, yours!



Do yourself a favor and simply get a copy of your trade-in payoff amount; a copy of the check your dealer sent to your former car lienholder and compare this amount to the amount the dealer had you sign for...do they match?



And this came after they classically "bait and switched" my financing. Just ask any auto industry lawyer what this is and how often it happens...!
