Sales people mangers they all suck, all they want is to sell you a vehicle to get there commissioned. They do not care who you are all they see is dollar sings on you, theres no different faces just dollar sings worse dealer incolorado not just this one but all dealing thougs dealers.

I bought a used jeep there about 5 months ago as is. I have had problem after problem with it since I bought it. I went in and talked to Chris, the general manager. He was very nice and was trying to help me out as much as he can. He sent me over to Sondra, who was also very nice to me. They helped me out by taking my car back and got me into a 2013 dodge avenger. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. Especially to either Sondra or Mike.

We had a great experience in purchasing our new vehicle. Troy and Mike were extremely helpful in finding a vehicle with our very specific specifications. They even drove in challenging weather conditions to another dealership to get the vehicle we wanted. We would definitely recommend Cherry Creek Dodge.

I was there with my family and we were looking to purchase a Caravan. We were treated with kindness and grace. We test drove several vans and actually had fun with the experience- we had done our research and we knew what we could afford and everyone we met with understood our financial situation and worked within our means. for a win - win situation. Our family has purchased many cars - and the experience has always been -well, nothing to write about....



However, when we left Cherry Creek Dodge we were actually smiling and felt good about our purchase. Thanks Cherry Creek Dodge for your professionalism. Our sales guy and the GM Chris S. actually listened and together we both won!!

I CAME IN TO LOOK AT A JEEP WRANGLER, THE SALESMAN AND THE SALESMANAGER WERE SO PUSHY ABOUT MAKING ME BUY THE JEEP. WE TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE AND WHEN RETURNING TO THE DEALERSHIP THE SALES MANAGER NAME ERIC ITEHAD REFUSE TO GIVE ME MY LICENSE BACK. ERIC ITEHAD WAS TELLING ME HE CAN GIVE ME THE BEST INTEREST RATE AND THE BEST PRICE ON THE JEEP AND HE DOESN'T EVEN WORK FOR A BANK, WHO IN THE WORLD HE THINKS HE IS? I went and looked at a new tru...

I went and looked at a new truck and after test driving it they said I wouldnt Qualify for it. They showed me a Nissan that the just got in on trade the night before and after I inspected it I told them the tires needed replaced because they werent even safe to take out on the road. I then opened the hood and found the radiator was rusted and coming apart. They tried to sell me a vehicle that they had no clue about and if I didnt notice what was wrong and took the vehicle I couild have put my family at risk having a blow out going down the highway.

Dont go to Dealing Thug.

WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER----- STAY AWAY------Tried to do as much negotiation with this dealer over the internet as possible... thought we had a business deal agreed to and was scheduling a time to pick up the new vehicle and the salesmen informed me the "offers" for the trade ins were estimates and they would need to see the vehicles... I expressed my displeasure, he then agreed to look at photos.. which I sent in.. that wasnt good enough... eventually a deal was agreed to... when I went to pick up the vehicle, after market add ons were not installed and it took 2 days to get the cash back that they owed me from my trade ins.... actually I sat at the dealer for more than 2 hours waiting for my check, even though the sales manager promised me that the check was already signed and waiting for me.... also, when I picked up the vehicle, the fuel tank was empty.... the sales folks are totally unprofessional, worst car buying experience I ever had.

STAY AWAY.......The service sucks, no one will ever call you back nor does anyone there want to give you any answers to your questions. I bought a new truch there and traded in my old one. Its been a month and they still have not paided it off, as a result its dinging my credit that i work very hard to keep in good standings. They tried to tell its because of my out of state title they where not sure it the truck had a leagal title or not, even though i showed them and gave them a copy of the refinance agareement with my credit union. Lack of common sence here or they are doing this on purpose, if a credit union is going to refinance my old truck here in colorado im pretty sure there is a title on it. After we got that taken care of they said no problem we are sending your pay off over night to your bank.that has been a week ago now. Ive told them and told them they are ding my credit but they dont seem to care at all. I dont know about you but I would never do biz with a company or a dealership that would screw with a mans credit, or give him this much greif after a deal has been made. I just retired out of the army from being wounded over seas, there is no honnor or integrity in this company at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE< JEFF IS BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER MET. We Purchased a vehicle and drove away advised we were financed, Well Ten days later we were told we had to bring the car back as we were not actually financed, We took our vehicle we had traded back, the battery did not work it was switched out with an old battery getting prepped for auction the car would not even start. When we asked about it JEFF started cursing at us and told us that we were a* holes and just because our deal did not go through does not mean they did something to our vehicle, when we told him that we just wanted to know why the vehicle was not in the same condition and could we see the vehicle check in papers he refused and proceeded to curse us out. When we asked for the corporate number he said they did not have one. So besides the fact that we drove a car for a week that we were not financed for and had to return, we had to deal with The rudest people on earth, We have retained an attorney since they were in breach of contract. I strongly suggest NOONE buy a vehicle from CHERRY CREEK DODGE. you will be sorry. I have to give at least one star but, honestly they do not deserve even the slightest star rating.!!!!!

This was the worst expiere...

This was the worst expierence I've ever had purchasing a new car. I want to start of by saying the only reason I went down there was because of their add I saw on tv. It said they would take any trade and pay off the balance no matter how much I owed. This was false. I emaild a sales rep back and forth asking him more details on that but all he wanted me to do is to come down there. Finally he says they are offering that deal.

I went down there and spent 4 hours working out a deal. Finally the sales rep says we can get the deal to go thru on a pontiac g5 but I had some negative equity that would roll into the new loan. When I asked what happend to paying off the entire balance on any trade he said I didnt qualify but was unable to give a good answer as to why. I eneded up taking the deal, signing the contract and driving away happy with my new car.

A week past and the sales rep called me and said there was a problem with the structure with my loan and I needed to come down there. I showed up and he said they wont finance this vehicle because its a Pontiac and they stopped selling them so its a liability for the bank. I told him I wanted my car back and he pushed and pushed to have me look at a 2011 Avenger. This was on friday. He said they would no for sure on saturday. Saturday came and I waited all day for a call back and nothing. I called and left my sales rep messages, text him, left messages with the finance manager and never heard from them.

Finally its Monday afternoon, I blocked my call and got my sales rep on the phone. He said they denied me and he was about to call. ( yeah right ) At this point I felt like they avoided me because I was no longer a new customer. I went to pick up my trade in and give them the Pontiac G5, upon getting back to work I released my keyless entry remote was broke and no longer working. I'll be heading back down there today to get a new remote. I had to put at least 1 star above but I would give Cherry Creek Dodge a 0 star rating if I could.

My wife and I were in last wee...

My wife and I were in last wee looking at the new Dodge Durango's and when we arrived we were met by a good looking sales man, who greeted us politely and took us inside. From the moment I walked on the dealership to the moment I signed the papers to buy the vehicle, I felt that my needs were above the dealerships, I was offered water and food and was introduced to the parts and service departments, I know that there have been some negative ratings on here about Cherry Creek Dodge, but I found that since I treated them with respect I was treated with respect in return, I have now sent my brother and mom to the dealership and they have both bought vehicles, overall a great buying experience!!!

CAUTION Lieing, cheating, stealing and scamming says it best. These people/company are the worst. I read the other reviews and i feel the same pain and deciet they feel. I took my car in for some repairs and they charged me $1000+ to repair it and guess what the car is NOT REPAIRED. Not to mention they broke other things while in there possession and denied it and would not fix those things. In a attempt to cover up the fact that they DIDN'T repair the module on my car properly, they removed my alarm and stated it was the reason the car was not starting. I've had the alarm on my car for 7 years and this is the first i've heard. AND GUESS WHAT. . THE CAR STILL DOESN'T START 100% OF THE TIME. which is what i came in for and PAID FOR. . . UNBELIEVABLE. I had another issue with the car and it STILL ISN'T FIXED EITHER.TIll this day, NO ONE INCLUDING THE GENERAL MANAGER CAN ANSWER THAT. These people are awful, they want to wash there hands of things and they certainly don't stand behind there work. As far as the general manager is concerned he is a CLEAR example of horrible customer service, deciet, and he doesnt really care one way or another. His team of employees in the service department, and the SERVICE MANAGER have learned and followed by example this utterly, complete disregard for doing whats right. Standing up for intergrity, compassion and trust towards there customers. This company exudes all of the things you fear when going in for repairs and apparently even buying a new/used car. SO I CAUTION ALL CONSUMERS TO STAND CLEAR OF THIS ORGANIZATION, GUARD YOUR CARS AND YOUR MONEY, BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE WITH THERE LIES, DISHONESTY AND DECIET. Please read the reviews and pay attention to the continous, and duplicaiton of the things that are being said. I haven't seen this kind of business model nor lack of customer service in awhile. thumbs down for CHERRY CREEK DODGE. Please also refer to the BBB for more dishonest acts from this company

Should have listened to the other two bad reviews

I spent an hour negotiating with two sales floor staff members. We came to an agreeable price and then the store manager walks in and starts talking about other vehicles and says he paid the list price for the car I spent an hour negotiating on. He says he is not going to lose money and they made a mistake. I pull up the kelly blue book trade in values for the truck we are talking about (on my phone) and he is trying to scam me. I know what they paid for it and I know the suggested retail value. he was going to make money off of the truck I was going to buy and the truck I was trading him. It was a fair deal for both parties. He said he paid the retail value for the car... who does that... and then he went outside and raised the price of the car on me. I wasted 2 hours of my life there and I will never trust that store manager. I feel sorry for the salesman that work for this guy.

KNOWINGLY HID AND LIED ABOUT ACCIDENT!

We bought a used AWD Chevy Uplander in October 2010. We were lied to from 3 different people, including a manager, about a dent I had seen in photos in their online listing. They said there was never a dent that the pictures were of a different vehicle. Later we learned they had pounded out a dent in the back bumper and did not properly fix the tail light. It had obviously been crashed. When we tried to drive in snowy conditions the AWD would not engage and the vehicle couldn't drive. We took the vehicle in to be fixed since we were suppose to be covered by a 1000 mile &quot;Dealing Doug Gold Warranty&quot;, oh wonderful a piece of paper that means nothing. They said bring it down when our conditions in Denver are bad so we can duplicate the problem. We live 120 miles from the dealership in the mountains. By the time they have snow were will be burried. They cover up damage and do not disclose, they offer warranties they don't honor, they make promises they do not keep, they lie! Forget buyer beware, try, RUN BUYER RUN!!!

Buying a car from these people...

Buying a car from these people was the worse experience I have ever had. they lost the paper work so I had to return to have them fill it out again and they tried to change the terms. I got a letter from the bank that had the note on my trade in 30 days later telling me I was behind in my payments. I went in to talk to the finance manager and was told he ran off with a bunch of paper work and I needed to do it all over again.

I took the car in for service and the experience got worse.
